Would definitely stay again

Booked for 2 nights, first visit too Birmingham so was excited to see as much as possible. Check in was fine, paid for parking in the Britannia car park. Had to pay a hotel deposit on booking in. Had a superior room on the 15th floor, greeted by a birthday card and small bottle of Prosecco and a couple of chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious and the bed very very comfortable, bath & shower was an added bonus. Carpet very worn and could do with replacing soon. Complimentary water and tea, coffee ect.mini fridge was handy too use for our drinks. Breakfast was good but would have liked too have seen more continental selections. Got breakfast was good and scrambled eggs were delicious. Walls were sound proof as heard no other guests so completely peaceful. Close too the shopping centre and great restaurants so il definitely come back here, overall a great stay.

Radisson Blu is a 10/10

From the location to the reception and room was amazing. My friends loved it. Booked a premium room with city view which was amazing. Room service and cleaning was top notch. It was a way to navigate major places like sea life, malls, train station, top restaurants. I will definitely use this hotel again

Weekend away

Lovely hotel, great location. Views over the city, with comfort and style. I used the gym while staying and it was more than adequate. The only issue I had was at peak times the lift system was slow. One lift wasn’t working and we needed up having to wait almost 10 minutes for an empty lift.

Amazing stay!

I was greeted by one of lady fron FO team upon my arrival, I left my luggage as I have a meeting to attend. Shirley was assisting me with my check-in, it was quick and professional. The room is clean, spacious, the view are amazing, thanks to the housekeeping team and Nina(maid preparing my room). The breakfast team is very polite, the breakfast is fine to me. I enjoy my stay, Definitely will come back. Thank you! Merci!

Not bad, great service

Room was big and bed was comfy. Room 521 the toilet door didn't close and extractor fan was broken - door had swollen as a result. Bathroom needs a bit of a refresh and shower was a bit budget for what was expected with the brand and price. Location is great, right next to everything you could want with plenty of parking nearby. Stayed as went to the O2 which we could see from our room and was only a 5 min walk away. Staff were great and friendly. Bar prices reasonable. Check in was easy with minimal queues.
