Awful, never again

The room was disgustingly hot, I got moved to another room as the air con wasn’t working, air con still wasn’t working in the new room. Worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Spoke to reception when I realised air con didn’t work in the 2nd room, said there was nothing they could do. Gave me a fan which made zero difference, just moved hot air round the room. Awful experience, will never stay again.

The hotel itself was great lovely staff and delicious breakfast with a good choice. My only complaint is that the AIRCON wasn’t working properly due to the hot weather and being a glass building. It made a very uncomfortable long hot night. But other than that the bed was very comfy

I stayed from 13–16 July and it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The first room was like a sauna — no working air conditioning, and the sealed windows meant zero air circulation during a heatwave. I was moved to a second room, only to find someone else’s underwear and belongings on the bed. Absolutely shocking. I ended up being moved four times in total, and none of the rooms had AC. I was told it had been broken for weeks, yet the hotel continues to advertise it. I barely slept and felt distressed and physically unwell from the heat and lack of fresh air. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful throughout. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. Avoid until serious changes are made.

The room was extremely hot. The aircon didn’t work. The room was changed (the last available room in the hotel) but the aircon still didn’t work.

Great hotel but bad aircon

Excellent friendly staff, room was lovely only downside was it was a very hot day and the air con wasnt very good so slept in an uncomfortably hot room.

Air con broken and no communication at check in really poor !! Hotel could have advised guest booked before arrival too so then you have a choice on what you want to do. Rooms like an oven / very uncomfortable and just fans in room which done nothing.
