The staff were very welcoming and allowed several of our party to check in. Rooms were spacious enough with comfy beds. Perfect location for our stay. Breakfast had quite a bit of choice and was ok.

Hotel great location breakfast adequate but not Hilton usual standard but rooms had a heater / air con that was set very hot and impossible to turn off or down despite reporting to reception. Meant no sleep as was very noisy. Not acceptable a d hotel not Interested to sort

Mia on reception was a credit to the hotel. She did her job very well. The restaurant manager was also very welcoming and professional whilst undertaking his duties. We have stayed at the hotel over a number of years and will continue to do so. Well done!

We were given the option of a discounted breakfast,within a certain time frame.However we had made prior arrangements.This hotel has excellent facilities.I would always recommend a stay here and will certainly come there in future.

Everything was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were really helpful . Unfortunately benson Boone cancelled last minute after a 45 min wait and chaos at the arena . Very disappointed about that. but that’s not the hotels fault. We had a 4 hour drive from Dorset etc so yes not the outcome we hoped for . Only thing I would say is the bed was rather hard . And the breakfast ( I know its buffet ) was a bit cold .

The room was lovely and the receptionist at check in was wonderful. The whole experience was let down by a member of staff in the restaurant at breakfast, I was looking to grab what I thought was a boiled egg ( not realising it was the egg station as there was no signage). The waiter must have assumed I was going to try and cook myself an egg and aggressively asked me ‘what I was doing’ and very directly informed me that it wasn’t an area for people to help themselves. I felt very very uncomfortable and embarrassed as I was dining alone. The gentleman was clearly stressed and overworked but no excuse to make me feel completely humiliated in front of other diners. Could have been done with a bit more discretion so I wasn’t left feeling like a naughty child.
