This was a perfect location for both the city centre as you were like a 5-10 min walk to there and was ideal for the reason we went which was to go to villa park to see Chris brown ! Would definitely stay here again , staff so helpful and kind.

Nice place overall. I called a day before due date for upgrade to early checkin and I was told to call the next day after 11am and when I did I was told they are not doing that. Disappointing as I wished we had been offered the early checkin, getting changed in the communal toilets was not pleasant, we were not the only ones doing so and we had no choice cause we could not wait 3pm as we would have been late to an event. Other than that I cant fault it.

Nice hotel but really poor beds!

Mattress is so poor. Lumpy, broken and generally a poor nights sleep! Everything else is fine but really need to sort their beds out

Excellent Stay at Aloft

I booked here first time for my Mum's Birthday stay over. From day one we received very welcoming customer service. The hotel is incredibly stylish and artistic. The suite I booked was very clean and spacious. I do think people who book a suite should receive netflix or Prime TV options due to money spent. We slept like a baby, not a sound could be heard. The breakfast was excellent and dinner too! All in all - PERFECT THANK YOU

Will def ping this place for future visit. Clean, modern, well kept and great staff who went out of their way to help us with off site parking even though they were not obligated to. Despite arriving at midnight, wee were courteously taken care of and sorted out. I’m really picky about hotels and this is keeper!!!! Great job.

Within walking distance of the city centre. It took unusually long to locate my reservation which suggests that no pre-arrival arrangements are made, which perhaps should be considered. The room was clean and the dry bar shower gel is excellent. I couldn’t fathom why there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room though. This should be standard. Although perhaps going for a more relaxed look in terms of attire, I think staff wearing jeans in client-facing areas such as Reception and the restaurant is a bit too informal. I left this hotel and went to Doubletree where staff were in uniform, which made a great first impression; staff at Doubletree looked professional, confident and their uniform reinforced brand identity.
