Beautiful welcome. Staff made it. Signposted well. Funny reception desk and makeshift bar next to it but added to the charm. Room was lovely and bed so very very comfortable.
We weren’t in the main house because we bought our dog but the chalets were just as gorgeous.

Quilt filling had moved into clumps so no filling in places which along with the heating not working on the firdt night meant we were cold in bed. The first room we were offered room 3 had a knackered mattress.

Hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's in a very good position if you want to get into Cambridge as we did. The park and ride is only a few minutes away and excellent. But it did seem very impersonal that there was no one around during the day to go to if there was any problem. Our bed was made but the bathroom wasn't touched so no clean towels, floor mat or the sink cleaned which is what we'd expect from a hotel. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice for everything. The lady in charge was lovely, very friendly and helpful. We'd certainly stay at The Rectory Farm if we were in that area again and would recommend it.

Pleasing manor-house style property. Lovely and extensive grounds. The room (a suite) was large and well-appointed, with triple aspect views over carpark to the front and gardens to side and rear. When you book you are warned no soaps provided, so we brought our own, as well as towels and pillow, for our own comfort. Didn't eat at hotel so cannot comment. Hosts - interesting.

The rectory farm is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and welcoming. We checked in after 4pm and was upgraded free of charge. However, the hot water wasn’t working properly so we had to change rooms. The room was slightly bigger but a smaller bed which was fine too. (But I did prefer the other big bed). Set on lovely grounds. It would be nice if they had more toiletries available in the room. Other than that had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
