Great stay, great value

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay during a family Disneyland trip. The room was clean, updated, and ample for our family of five (our room could fit 6). The fridge and microwave were great to have. One full bathroom and an extra sink area helped when it was occupied. The Toy Story parking lot is a short 7-10 min walk to the free shuttles to Disneyland. So fast and easy in the mornings, but did get busy for returning. We’re not that picky, so the complementary breakfast was good for us. It had warm food selections too, and fuelled us up before leaving to the parks. And there’s filtered water stations that we used to fill up bottles before heading out. There’s a small convenience store, laundry, small fitness area, and pool/hot tub. All of which we didn’t use so we cannot comment on. Overall I was extremely pleased with the stay, location and price paid. I would recommend this to anyone looking to see their money go farther, and I would definitely stay again.

Clean, but LOUD NOISE in the early morning

I´ve stayed here 3 times, but this time wasnt so good. I had always find parking., this time it was full ad cars park in red, wasn't supposed to beI car per room? I get its full but I had to leave my car with a vallet, but thats fine. The roomwas in the middle of the structure , 2nd floor, 222. Clean and cmfy as alays but i could rest en the ealy morning after arriving after arriving to sleep at the hotel at midnight for a tired day.I didnt check the exact hour but super early the cleaning carts were SO LOUD , it went for hours. idk if the room was near the area they oud or something but im not kidding when Im saying it was loud traspasing the walls big time.... I like staying there but this time I had a bad experience.. Also this time i had a hard time understanding a little bit the recepcionist at that moment... but maybe thats on me.

The receptionist was very accommodating and helped me have a smooth check out. Able to honor my request to check out a day early and refunded me timely. I was worried I will not be able to get the money back but the receptionist helped me.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was perfect for walking to Downtown Disney on our off days. The complimentary breakfast was a nice extra, although the selection was limited. I really enjoyed the Disney character waffles!! Thank you for our stay! We will be staying here again in the future.

First off, booked two Queens through Expedia but got two twins. Door locks didn’t work second night after a long day at Disney. Staff remedied it quickly. Staff were attentive in spite of property issues.

Nice place to stay near convention center

Nice place to stay. It's pretty convenient (walkable) to the convention center and it's just a few steps away from convenience stores and restaurants. The room was clean but not otherwise amazing, good for the price point. The wifi is a bit iffy. Solid included breakfast.
