Rooftop pool was awesome. The top of the V restaurant was great and the staff there was fantastic. The room was clean and got the job done for a one night stay. Only issue was we got put in a room with a king and bunk beds. I specifically booked a room (and paid more) for a room with just a king. Front desk staff and guest services when I called down were not helpful at all in trying to help the problem. They pretty much had an “is what it is” type of attitude.

Best decision ever was to use the valet! It is totally work the extra money and they were super nice! This hotel was close to walgreen, Disney, downtown Disney, food and many Starbucks. The beds we comfortable! The staff was nice.

What a beautiful property!! The staff, the room, the bathroom, the pool, the gym all were excellent! I highly recommend this place. Not far from Disney and uber rides to LA and local restaurants were reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I wish I’d taken photos but unfortunately we didn’t. Parking staff greeted us upon driving in and directed us to parking structure. Check in was a breeze. Headed up to our room. This was our first time staying at this particular hotel so we were quite excited to explore our room as there were six of us staying in a one bedroom room which included 2 queen beds and 1 bunk. It was quite spacious and enough room for us to unpack. But upon further inspection we noticed that the floor was a bit dingy, one of the major outlets allowing us to plug in several electronic devices was not working, wall hooks to hang clothing/towels in the bathroom were broken but our BIGGEST concern was how dirty and filthy the bathroom walls were. Bathroom cleanliness is a big one! The wall adjacent to the toilet specifically was covered in dried liquid substances. Not just an accidental splash but splash(es) from who knows what! It did not seem sanitary as if it had not been cleaned in quite awhile. Unfortunately we will not be staying here in the future. You expect a level of cleanliness for the cost you are paying to stay and this was not it. And then there are the fees…. Mind blown!

We loved everything! The only thing we did not like was the parking. There was no free parking anywhere. Self parking was $44.00 a night!
