I was very disappointed as I was told this was a great hotel. The beds were terrible so noisy. I complained to front desk and was ignored. My room was not cleaned and went back again to ask why the gentleman in room said that was normal and try to give me a free breakfast like that makes things better. I can pay for a breakfast like I had that morning. Only person that was helpful was the attendant at the rooftop restaurant. I felt that the front desk staff was not helpful or friendly at all.

I accidentally dropped my coffee in the lobby moving too fast before a meeting. The manager seen my frustration and had a fresh cup of coffee made for me on the spot. And they also comped it as well. Extraordinary service. Will definitely book again.

The property itself is modern, but both the rooftop and restaurant that were advertised were closed during my stay. Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t particularly friendly, and the walls are extremely thin — I could hear nearly everything happening outside my room.
