Quiet, relaxing , only issue I had in the bathroom .. they are a little old and the door doesn’t shut easily or quietly. Very convenient to and from Disneyland

Close to Disneyland 5 minute walk and property felt safe. Stayed in room 130 floors were unvacuumed chip crumbs on floor between the beds, carpets covers in stains, large cup soap stain on bathroom counter and some sort of pill on floor by the wall in front of toilet. Room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping all the above issues remained, beds were made through. Pool was closed for private event both days and $29 per day for parking. Day ladies working the front desk were great.

Our first room we had to be moved out of in the middle of the night because the AC was not working nor the hot water in the shower. Our second room was better, although the bathrooms are very outdated. On our 3rd night they locked us out of our room. The pool was not accessible for half of our trip due to an event going on. So we had to use the neighboring hotels pool which was terrible. On check out day we were not allowed to go into the lobby due to an event going on which i felt was a little rude. Although staff was friendly for the amount of money you pay to stay things like this should not have happened.
