The room and cleanliness of the room was great. May need an upgrade on the outdoor games that look like the sun has gotten to them. Where I had a problem was with the agent that checked me in the day of my stay. He was very dry with ZERO customer service. It was like pulling teeth to get all the information out of him that HE should have been sharing with me like any other hotel does - the basics. I had to ask questions and dig for answers. I would have preferred to deal with a robot or self check-in than this guy. Did not look like he enjoys his job. A question I forgot to ask and information he did NOT share with me was the self-parking charge. A few days later I see this charge on my credit card of which I was unaware of. I never received any papers or copies of anything from this man to see anything about my stay. All he gave me was my parking ticket which is sometimes included or not included through your Expedia reservation. I see this charge a few days later and I call the hotel. It’s the same person that checked me in that day. I asked first about the charge and he bluntly told me that is for the self parking fee. I then share that I was never told about any self parking fee and his response was “it shows it on the parking ticket we give you”. If it did, I didn’t sit there and read it. He should have warned me there would be a fee or else I would never have called. And he also says “We always tell our clients there’s a fee”. Extremely unprofessional!
