Not enough parking, musty, no housekeeping hotel.

Hotel is in construction, they charge you for parking but there is not enough parking on the property. They had us parking on the red zone and all through the front. At check in they told us no housekeeping but we could request towels. They said housekeeping is done after your 7th day. The room and hotel had a musty smell. They ran out of breakfast On our last day. This hotel is way over priced just stay at Motel 6. Also this property has 2 sides we stayed on the side were the 2 bedroom suites are they need more staff and it needs a major update if they want to charge 300 a night! Don’t let the photos fool you because it did me. I forgot to mention the sheets they had a strong chemical smell that was so bad we went to buy some blankets.

There was a cockroach in my room, and room service couldn’t find it, so I had to kill it later while my kids were screaming. They were not able to sleep. The fridge was making weird noises, and the temperature was so low our food froze. The toilet was loose as well.

• The refrigerator in our suite leaked fluid throughout the stay, causing large puddles in the kitchen area. Maintenance was sent but did not fix the issue; I was advised to use towels to soak the liquid. The hotel was under construction, and the noise was loud and unbearable, causing sleep loss and migraines. No Disability parking was available despite being charged a daily parking fee, and the lot was frequently full. Staff failed to fulfill multiple requests for clean towels, linens, and trash bags, and I had to repeatedly follow up in person. Additionally, I was charged a fraudulent “shopping fee” for an item I never purchased, without my consent. Despite surveillance, the charge was processed without proof or permission. • Management Response: I attempted to speak with hotel management several times during my stay. Staff repeatedly said the manager was unavailable or had not responded. Upon checkout, I tried again and was told the manager was unreachable.

Not up to the usual Sonesta standards. I had to go through three rooms at check-in because of cleanliness. Stained chairs and tattered living room furniture.

The room was nice enough for the price. It had an odor and I was told by the front desk that all of the rooms smelled like that. The washing machine was broken. We had to wait a while for blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. They started construction while we were there and the front entrance was blocked without directions on how to get in or out. It was fine but we wouldn’t stay there again.
