Sonesta for the win, great Disney stay!

The room was comfortable, the bed was ok.. kind of lumpy feeling but definitely sleepable. The shower and bathroom floor were a little dirty but other than that we really enjoyed the Disney theme throughout the hotel and our room 🎉

Overall good stay. The bathroom had hair on the walls and dark spots on the floor of the tub. One towel had left over makeup from another guest. Would come here again if necessary but have had better. If that was visible worries me what else could be lingering. Staff was great. Didn’t report anything to front desk because I slept there over night and left so spent maybe 2 waking hours at the hotel. Had I been there multiple days I would have had this addressed.

The staff up front were amazing but the room had broken electrical fixtures. The room is directly next to the air conditioning units so it costantly vibrates the bed. The shower gel holder fell off and cut my wifes toe. The pillows were uncomfortable and it kept feeling like something was crawling on us

This is NOT a deluxe hotel. When I checked into my room I found that both beds had dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. I requested a change in room and they told me it wasn’t possible but that they would send someone to change all the linens. The hotel being only a 7 minute drive from Downtown Disney, we figured to go while they changed the sheets. This is at 1 pm. We arrive back at the hotel after 4 hours making it 5:30 pm and find that the sheets still have not been changed. They finally send someone after 30 minutes after calling for the second time. It was very uncomfortable as we had to stay in the room while the linens were being changed but we had no other choice. I gave them a 4 and a half hour window for this to be done. This put us late for our dinner reservation as we had to wait. But it doesn’t end there. I go to shower and thankfully I checked the towels and of course a stain on it. I reported it to the front desk but they were not helpful at all or accommodating. They just said they would send up more towels. No apologies or anything. Please do yourself a favor and never stay here.

Great stay overall—clean, spacious room with comfortable bedding and quality bathroom amenities. Short rideshare distance to Disneyland Resort. There was a slight gap in the door causing it to swing slightly even when locked, and some freeway and hallway noise, but nothing unexpected. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others.

The man who checked me in did not talk to me at all smhe checked me in quietely and asked for id and cc disnt even tell me how much for the deposit. I had to ask. Didnt let me know about the parking peice and told me to read it off the paper i was signing... not very friendly over all. Other than that the room was average.
