The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted the kids with welcome cards and sticker activities. The ART shuttle comes every 45 minutes to take you to Disneyland. Reasonably priced. The Burger Place serves breakfast or has a grab and go from 6am-10am. It was perfect for having breakfast before heading out to the parks without having to leave the hotel, and the food is delicious. The gentleman who served us was so kind and accommodating! The front desk was very helpful when we needed housekeeping, clean towels, or just some extra blankets at night. The pool and hot tub area is lovely and very clean. We had a corner room, which may be the reason our shower was oddly shaped. Kind of a tight space to shower if you are a bigger person. Other than that...no complaints. Overall this was the best place we could've picked during our stay in Anaheim.

This was an excellent place to stay for me and my boys! The onsite had great food and service. The location was close to DL/DCA, making it convenient to get to and from. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a good price. I would stay there again as well

It was a nice little place with convenient amenities around. However, I wish they would have been more forthcoming in the booking about the additional parking fees. The noise was a bit much next to the freeway, and they did not come make our beds unfortunately.

I was given the wrong room. Booked a room with two beds specifically and when I mentioned this to the front desk guy, he shrugged it off and said Expedia sent it in as a one bed. Interesting because my receipt says two beds and Sonesta directly sent me an upgrade offer and it states that my room is in their system as two beds. The guy didn’t care and kept making excuses. Additionally I paid $32 for parking and I couldn’t even find parking! AT ALL. I had to park on another property and walk all the way back. Insane.
