The front desk staff aren’t as approachable. It seems they choose who to be nice to. And when you asked questions, they make you feel as they are surprised you’re asking the question. I’ve been a fan of Hyatt. I guess you can’t always have the best service. I will give credit to the housekeeping staff, they are very friendly!!!!

It's a 10-15 walk to the convention center. You have to pay for parking but it is safe and with plenty of spaces. The room is quiet, looks new, and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately, front desk staff didn't even smile.
