Loved the stay. Bed was comfy! Room was clean. Loved the safety of using a key card to access the elevator. The price was fantastic and my kids thought we stayed at a fancy hotel. We walked to Disney and also took the Toy Story shuttle. Starbucks is close by for a quick breakfast and they have plastic straws (Disney still only has paper). I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The blackout curtains were fantastic. 10/10 would stay again.

Me and my family stayed here over the weekend. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were great . We were greeted and given free welcome drinks. 🍷 Disney movies were playing in the lobby and I loved the price for the fact that this hotel is walking distance from Disneyland

Price increase and renovations to the property

I’ve always stayed here but this trip put a major damper on it. The deposit increased same with parking. There’s construction so only one main entrance. Closest handicap for my husband is not over night. I felt like we were walking more than we do in the amusement park just to get to our rooms. Won’t be staying again.

Cold shower for full price!

Room conditions are wearing down. Our shower valve rotated in a 360. The broiler was out for hours; no hot water. Front desk had no urgency or concern. Had to walk the maintenance man through fixing the handle and asking him to check the water heater broilers .
