Location was right across the street from Disneyland. There was a swimming pool that was a decent size with enough lounges around. Pool toys were supplied for children

Hotel was within walking to Disneyland which is why we picked it. Overall the hotel was mid as far as niceness, more of a motel style with doors leading outside not to a hallway. Parking people are very grumpy about parking, we got called because my tire touched the inner line of the parking spot claiming my we were over the parking spot and needed to move immediately. Simple fix but rather rude and we were at the park when it happened so caused some stress. Ac unit rather loud. Over all though it was fine as far as hotels go in the area.

Horrible customer service

The elevator was broken on our end of the hotel we booked an accessible room and they put us near the broken elevator. The staff was extremely rude at the front desk and after realizing they charged the incorrect card they refused to take responsibility. The manager on staff when I called after to fix the card situation talked over me told me to speak NOW or call back when I am ready to listen but never let me finish a sentence. Refused to answer simple questions when asked to talk to the owner she said he is not on property and hung up on me. Absolute horrible customer service for a mess up that was completely avoidable. The hotel should get a new manager and train there staff to be more informative to there clientele. The hotel is set up like a motel with room door to the outside world instead of with hallways. The outside noise is so loud there is no sound barrier at all don’t stay here unless you want to get woken up multiple times because of the loud drunk patrones and get treated with disrespect.

The elevator nearest our room was not functioning- apparently it would take 6 months to repair (i.e. replace). The second elevator wasn’t all that far away, so it worked ok; the hotel also gave us a waiver on the parking fee because of the broken lift. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I was able to maneuver my rented scooter around a tight turn to get in to charge it. Plenty of wall sockets to handle that right by the door.
