First I want to say staff is not the issue. The front desk staff were efficient, made it very convenient to leave our stuff there when we got in early, check in was efficient, when we needed items they were great. The hotel is VERY outdated. We stayed in a deluxe queen accessible room. First, room was in rge second floor completely on the opposite aide of the elevator. Thankfully, our party had an EV. Had they not, this would have been impossible. Even witg the EV, the pathway was not big enough for thr EV and someone else to walk by and in the morning we constantly had to request th3 housekeeping carts be moved so we could make our way towards the elevator. The room is MUCH smaller than expected with the onlu place to actually leave the EV was the bathroom. The bathroom had a lock that was level for someone in a chaor or scooter, however it was broken and our party kept getting stuck in the bathroom. In addition, room was to have a wheel in shower, which it did not. Also, just a side note, no usb ports in the room and no outlets near the beds. We had to choose to eitger charge the EV or our phones. Thats a small thing and we made due but honestly, an upgrade in lamp to have usb ports and outlets in them would solve that problem.
