Thin walls. Sick neighbor. All rooms adjoining.

The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. However, we had to leave the hotel at 11pm. The person in the room next to us was very sick and coughing constantly. Because of the adjoining door we felt like they were in the room with us. We couldn’t sleep and it didn’t feel healthy for our child. We hoped for a refund or a credit to try again, but the hotel denied the refund.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Legacy at the Park very much. It was clean and served all our needs. The Housekeeping employees were great, and even though we opted out of daily cleaning, they were friendly and quick if we needed anything at all. We were able to get adjoining rooms with family, and that was fun (to have the open door in between). We were able to park in the parking space right in front of our room, so no hauling up and down stairs. Loved that. And we REALLY loved how close the hotel is to Disneyland. What a treat for our weary feet and tired family members. We would stay here again on that reason alone. It was a bonus that their employees were nice and it was a clean and comfortable hotel. When we go to Disneyland, we need to stay in an economical hotel and this was the BEST.

This hotel was a very close walk to the parks, as well as some restaurants and stores that were walkable. The amenities and staff were also very nice!

My family and I loved the location of this hotel. Such a quick walk from the room to disneyland security. The staff was kind and they brought out yummy slushies while at the pool. The only negative was the carpet in the room seemed a bit dirty, our feet or light colored socks would go dark after walking bare foot on them.

Location not luxury

Location is about all this hotel has going for itself. Don’t book for the sole purpose of seeing the fireworks because you won’t. About two percent of the rooms have a view of the park. If you want to go in and out of the park it’s worth paying the high price. If you book to see the park don’t, cause you won’t .

Fantastic value and a nice big room. Really appreciated the size of the bathroom with double sinks! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable! We went to Disneyland, and loved being just across the street!

This is a perfect location for walking to Disney. You can see a portion of the fireworks from your room. The hotel was old and showed wear and tear. The beds were very uncomfortable. You must request housekeeping each day. You have to go replace your own bath towels. The number of washing machines are very limited. Parking is only available until the time of check out. We were told by staff when we arrived (and again the night before checkout) that we could purchase additional parking time on the day of check out but we had to wait until the day of checkout to purchase. When we went to purchase the additional time, we were told the hotel doesn’t offer additional parking time for a fee. Overall, the hotel met our needs in the proximity to the parks and a place to shower and sleep between days at the parks. The hotel wasn’t great, it was just okay.

It was directly across the street from the entrance of Disneyland and Downtown Disney, which we really appreciated! Our only disappointment was that the Fifth Bar and Grill on the top floor of the motel was closed both nights for private events and then there were no reservations on the evening we wanted. They brag about this amenity but it didn't deliver!

Close to the parks and clean hotel.

Nice hotel, close to the parks. Elevator was out of service and our room was on the 4th floor. We had someone with a bad knee on our trip so that made it uncomfortable unfortunately. Everything else was fine.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years and have always had a pleasant experience. However, our most recent stay was not the same. The room we received was quite run down and extremely dull. Also for most of our stay, the area right outside of our room smelled like weed. We were located on the first level right next to a staircase so it was hard to really identify where it was coming from, but still just gross. The one plus was the beds were very comfortable, which with our stay mainly just being there to sleep, this was a definite positive. I still love the closeness to the parks and I’m not sure if I’d return to Grand Legacy again, but if so I’d probably be more choosy about room type and location.
