Family Disney Trip (4 Nights)

Nice, decent hotel very close to Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and a highlight of the trip. Our only room for improvement is having more places to hang towels or jackets as families frequent this place and there was only one hook. The beds could be more comfortable, too. But we will stay again if the need arises!

The rooms were very very dirty. Filled with gnats, the towels were literally covered in them. Housekeeping would only come if you called the front desk and requested it yet they were booked until June 1st and our stay was May 11-14 so we were out of luck for any cleaning. When we called the front desk and housekeeping for fresh towels the phone was never answered. No elevator except in main area where the roof top restaurant is. So the majority of the rooms which are 2 and 3 levels are stair access only. So good luck with little children, elderly, suitcases and strollers. I will not be back at this hotel ever again.

It was nice, but not anything overly special. I hadn’t realized it has outside facing doors I prefer inside hallway entrance. The room was clean and nice, but small. No table on my side of the bed for my glasses, phone.., Also, there isn’t a door between the the sleeping area and sink area. No way for someone to be getting ready in the morning while others are sleeping, without blaring lights. So know what you’re getting. Nice, clean and quiet enough AND straight across from the Disneyland entrance! 5 minute walk across the street.That made it great. You can leave your car there after checking out for $30 for day.

Great location to Disneyland with just a 5 minute walk. Pool was great and nice it has the walk-in area for littles and splash pad features. Bathroom is very small and the AC is a little noisy. Otherwise it was very quiet there

Carpets were very dirty. We had to wear socks all the time. Shower was very slippery. Could use a grab bar. Very close to the park. Love the location. Wish The Fifth had been open!

The pool and pool area could have been a little cleaner. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the noise around the room at night wasn’t good Other than that, everything was great.
