Great Hotel !

I was really impressed by this hotel. It was so close to the Disney parks. Very easy to walk to. When we got there, check in was super easy. Ashley was so nice explaining all the amenities on property. She even hooked us up with the best view ever! We got to watch the fireworks twice right from our room window. It was awesome. The room was so spacious and clean. We were a family of 5 and it had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We loved all the food options on the restaurant menu (lots of variety and the service was pretty quick). The free breakfast was decent, it had just enough to get a quick bite before heading to the park. I would definitely stay here next time we come to Disneyland.

Family friendly hotel for disneyland

It’s a great place for families visiting Disneyland. It’s walking distance to the park and the free breakfast was convenient and helped set you up for a long day at Disney.

Disappointing trip

It was very noisy and we were woken up multiple times during the night . They only had one elevator working so we had to carry our luggage up and down the 3 flights of stairs as well as use stairs to get to the 5th floor breakfast. In the past we have enjoyed our stay at this hotel - disappointed in the service and accommodations this trip.

Family of 10!

We stayed there with the whole family. There was 10 of us, We stayed in the superior, double suites, along with the deluxe room for my son and his family. We loved our stay if I had anything negative to say it would be that in the double room there was only one thermostat to control both rooms so of course some of us were cold some of us were hot. so that was a little bit of a challenge, but the front desk gave us extra blankets so they’re going to solve the problem. We did hear a little bit of outside noise with the rental car place next door during the night. Their alarm kept going off, but that is of no fault to the hotel. Overall, the staff was so amazing. Shout out to the front desk who was so accommodating and so nice! And the breakfast crew was so friendly, Everything was very clean, I just truly felt like we were with family…. Desert Palms will definitely be our place for us to call Our Disneyland home !!!
