there was no housekeeping our whole stay other than taking away our trash. the room smelt abit musty like water damage. one night we woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke so we inquired and they told us someone was smoking below our window. the breakfast was a nice amenity, the hotel itself was presented nicely. there were afew questionable people outside by the 7/11 on our way back from the park which if i wasn't with my husband would make me feel uncomfortable. there was a nice play area for kids in the lobby, didn't have a chance to use the pools but they always looked well occupied

We really enjoy staying here. Staff is friendly. Location is great for walking to the parks. Parking is easy. We didn't use the hot tub this time but tons of others were and stated it was great. The breakfast upstairs is nice and convenient.

Perfect Disneyland hotel

My partner and I stayed here as part of a Disney land vacation and could not have been more pleased. The hotel is an easy walk to the parks. Our room was large, comfortable, and sported towels twisted into an elephant shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
