Great place to stay for a quick Disney trip. Beds are a little hard & bathroom is very small. This is our go-to place because of the convenience, quiet, cleanliness & friendly staff.

We usually like staying here because of how close it is to Disneyland, but the parking is terrible. There are not enough parking spots so the attendant double parks the cars leaving you blocked in. We have always put up with it, but now they have raised parking to over $35 dollars a night. Not really worth it anymore.

Parking was an issue they parked cars in front of ours if we needed to get out so many cars needed to move it was like a puzzle. Only reason I wouldn’t stay again. To park into a slot with a big car was also an issue, small car no problem.

Don’t ask for more than the location

Location definitely can’t be beat. There was no turn down service. We stayed 4 nights and couldn’t get the beds made once through requesting multiple times. The room had a smell to it and carpet and floors were dirty. I wished the room had been aired out. AC unit was a little tricky. It would’ve been better if they had a continental breakfast but nope. For the money spent, no breakfast, no housekeeping…you’re basically paying for the location which was perfect.

This a dated hotel but hot water, comfortable bed, air conditioning and LOCATION make it all worth it. I have stayed here many times and I love the staff. They are all (always) so helpful and kind. Alma is one of my personal heroes. :D My family all stayed here last year and it was perfect for all of us. Family friendly. Priced better than the surrounding hotels. I will stay here again and again. If I had one suggestion, other than some updating, I would recommend some darkening curtains. There is quite a bit of light that comes in from the porch lights. However, it does feel nice and safe with all that lighting.

Request for lower room due to mobility issues. Got a call from woman at front desk that she gave away our room in error and had to put us on 2nd floor. No elevators here so it was challenging for me. She acted very indifferent toward me then said we could move to lower room next day which i told her that one of my family members would be on a 3 hr call next morning and we would not be able to move till after 12. They called the room during the conference call. Anyway we were moved but the room didn't feel clean. The bathroom had dirt in corners of floor. Also no housekeeping services other than removing our trash and replacing towels. Also the parking situation was that they keep your keys in their possession and juggle cars around. Parking charges $45 /day. Very high. Disney Parking cheaper! Valet was very accommodating and helpful with my disability though.

Stayed with the family to go to Disney. Can't beat the location. Room was big enough with the bunk beds. Had to pay extra for parking. No frills or amenities except for the pool which was clean. If you are just needing a place to sleep at night that is close to Disneyland it is a great option.

The beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. Distance to Disney can't be beat. Employees were kind and helpful. Parking is questionable. Lot is extremely small. They charge for parking but only reserve a few spaces for self parking. They do offer valet which is an additional fee. Your vehicle will be blocked in.

Loved my stay there. Staff was always please to to help with a smile. My only "issue" is how loud the footsteps (and especially the housekeeping carts) were when they went by on the 2nd floor. It didn't ruin our vacation or stay in anyway. More of a heads up
