Staff was very friendly and pool was clean. Quiet hotel that’s a quick 20 min walk to the parks. I liked that the bus pulled directly up to the lobby. Beds were comfy. HATED that there are no microwaves in the room. You have to walk your food down to the lobby to heat it up. Really silly, especially since the rooms have fridges. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, and there was hair in my tub when I arrived. Furniture needs to be updated. Overall, it’s just dated, but I guess that’s why it a bit cheaper.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the hotel was clean. When we went to our room, bags and all, there was already another guest IN OUR ROOM. It was the most embarrassing moment for everyone. We explained to the front desk, they provided us with a new room. No additional accommodations. Dispite this clerical error, the hotel was average if that is all you need. 5 minute walk to the Convention center for Vidcon.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the parking does not have in and out privileges until after check in time. I had a conference at 8 and my husband needed to be able to come in and out the parking to pick me up for lunch, but was unable to use the parking pass until after 3. So that was very inconvenient.

Very close to Disneyland — 10 minute walk at most — with a significant amount of restaurants nearby that are open both early and late. Close proximity to CVS / Walgreens for any items needed. Clean, affordable hotel with fantastic staff.

It was really great! Good distance from the Toy Story lot so we didn't have to walk to Disneyland if we didn't want to. Room was nice, awesome queen sized bed and staff was helpful.

many of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. one issue was that the person checking us in did not tell us about amenities like the heated swimming pool or access to it. we were also unaware that the room key was required to gain access into the hotel after hours since the doors were locked
