Hotel and stay was a good experience. Just make sure you read all the fine print {resort fees and parking fees} - what I thought was a deal was actually not, ended up paying 200$ more on fees @ hotel which I did not see when booking. READ THE FINE PRINT

Perfect family hotel!

Perfect Family hotel, the beds were comfortable, bunk beds were fantastic, loved the kitchen/fridge/freezer, the only con was the pool And breakfast were pretty crowded but, was manageable.

Accommodating but not!

Trip was great. But was not very thrilled with service. For one day do a free breakfast in the morning, but it consists of the same thing every day. The only thing that was good about the breakfast was that you got juice, cereal, yogurt, fruit and pancakes… The potatoes were and they were good the eggs were powdered and nasty and the sausage was just kind of foul. The room that we got was great and the beds were comfortable. It came with a three level bunkbed and a king size bed, along with a separate living room with a couch bed and a full kitchen. The only thing that sucked was that during the breakfast time they would not even give you a tray if you asked for one so that you could collect your food for you and your children and take it up to your room that was supplied with a small kitchen to eat it at. You were stuck carrying everything up there yourself, leaving more room for your children to stuff if they were unable to carry well. Then you were allowed to bring drinks out to the bar, but they had to be there bar purchased drinks or in a travel cup that they did not search but you could not bring your own non-glass beverages out to the pool area but yet they wanted to be a area where you could have alcohol or whatever you wanted you could even eat out there you just come up on your own food and beverages out there. In the parking was all underground, which was nice, but there was limited spots and the ones that they did were very small and empty non-parking space

The AC in our unit had a smell when set to cold like mildew and the Heater when it kicked on unknowing to us at the time other than the smell of something burning. This did not ruin our stay but it was noticeable

Upon arrival room was not ready I kept seeing everyone get their room but Us , when we arrive to the room it had a funky smell , the sofa bed is SO UNCOMFORTABLE makes alot of noise . You can hear the traffic down harbor blvd people speeding off burning tire , the file alarm when off on the room I called guest service and they had no idea what I was talking about. We asked for late check out flat out said NO but yet it was okay for them to give us our room late when we arrived for check in . The pool is good and water slide kids loved it but managers and supervisors need trainning they have no customer service being managers . Will deff not be coming back . Carpet looks really dirty and room was not stock with towels or toilet paper or dish soap

Carpet in our room could use a good shampoo, floors mopped, and conditioner/body wash in showers refilled regularly. Great amenities with water park access, and walkable options to eat/drink in parking lot. Able to see fireworks at Disney. Convenient adjoining rooms and bed options within suite for families.

Staff was rude at the water park, they allowed certain bad behaviors, drunk people and adults using profanity everywhere when kids are around. As a VIP access guest, we requested a kettle first night when we checked in, never received it 9 days later. Carpet was not clean. Loud noises at night.
