Another fun stay!

This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as expected. Clean rooms, great outdoor pool area and the proximity to Disney was great (used ART to get around). The breakfast food needs to be improved though. I know it’s included with the room but my kids couldn’t eat it…I think that says something about the poor quality.

Staff was very friendly & property was very nice! Pool area was great for kids but unfortunately it felt way too crowded. Buffet was also good with plenty of options but also was extremely busy & overcrowded. Overall a great hotel if you’re going to Disneyland or Anaheim convention center. Expect lots of people being a big hotel. Dinning options in the parking lot/facility were great & extremely convenient.

Overall it's a great hotel. Was a close walk to the toy Story shuttle service. The pool area is huge. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool which was on the highway side. Can hear pretty much all traffic. Pack some ear plugs. Otherwise the rooms were perfect for what we needed. Family of 4

Fun for kids

The property is in great condition in terms of cleanliness and physical shape. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The location was great and the quick walk to restaurants was very convenient. The pool became very busy, but I think there were a few traveling basketball teams staying at the hotel. The one downside, there was a lot of people smoking in the front parking lot right by the door. Many people in or around the cars, by the front door and nobody seemed to be making sure they were far enough away for the smoke to not be noticed inside. This might be something that can't be monitored, but it does make an impact on first impression, especially having to park and check in with that happening.

Property was not dirty but it certainly wasn’t clean. The water ran cold for 3 of our 6 day stay and was off for an additional day. No compensation was Offered. Check in was confusing

I’m unsure why all the reviews were rave reviews. Water area was nice. Hot tub fantastic when it was breezy. The projector movies did not work during our 6day stay. However there is a height requirement for the slide so my 5 year old and 3 year old could not ride the slides which was a main reason we booked this hotel. This was like a crazy strict rule at the hotel. Breakfast was ok. 15-25 min walk to Disneyland. Took us longer than I anticipated but still nearby. Evelyn was a very rude manager. Gave me attitude when I inquired about the slide height or any waiver I could sign so my kids could get on, she kept flipping her hair in a very insecure manner and then told me with an eye roll “this is Disneyland and he couldn’t ride Matterhorn at Disneyland” which I thought was a ridiculous statement. My 5 year old rode nearly every ride at Disneyland so that was a dumb statement just totally ignorant and when I told her she should cool it on the attitude it’s my sons bday and he was crying she walked away talking about me to the other employees. A bit nutty and rude. Eric the security guard couldn’t have been kinder wishing my son a happy birthday and apologizing about the slide situation he just approached my inquiries so kindly. Thank you Eric! Bunk beds were fantastic for my 3 kids. Sturdy. And the suites were a solid size. The cleaning staff was so friendly and consistent. But I won’t be staying here again due to the awful customer service from a “manager” just rude.

Good stay

Overall a very good stay. Family with kids. We liked: the warm pool and slides, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, regular size fridge, the staff was nice, restaurants close by for quick bites, the price was fair for the area. We don’t like: a little noise from the busy freeway next door if you’re a light sleeper, room sleeps 6 but only 2 chairs at table, no space to bring in outside food.

Some homeless population in the area, people were fighting in the next room and security didn't do anything. We had to change rooms because it was inappropriate for my kids to listen to. Then we lost something in the old room when we moved and the next day staff wouldn't even assist in trying to find it. Said they would call us back and didn't. Nice place in previous stays but seemed not as good this time. Heard there was a fist fight in the lobby from another guest when they checked in.
