Good for Families/Disneyland

This hotel worked great for us on our trip to Disneyland. The room was modern and well appointed and the included hot breakfast was nice. The pool, water slides, and large hot tub were great amenities for "off" days. We were able to walk to the parks which was nice and saved us on transportation and parking. The breakfast area got crazy in the mornings with a lot of kids and families and the kitchen running out of food and tableware. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers for that reason. Another complaint is the fact that there is very little storage for clothes and toiletries. There is a small closet with safe and ironing board but no drawers anywhere. Also the bunk beds are in the same room as the king bed which is a real bummer if you don't like sharing a room with your kids. The building was surprisingly quiet given the number of kids and families that were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the common areas were large and comfortable. Nice selection of restaurants just outside the hotel.

Parking was ok. We had to ho down to the parking garage which smelled a little. Otherwise rooms were excellent! Pools were not too packed. Slides were clean. I enjoyed the non water play area. Close to some dining options. No noisy guests. In the process of booking my 2nd stay for spring break with me and my family. Breakfast is also included. Family enjoyed making their own waffles and choosing their own breakfast options

Honestly I would never go again. Room service was terrible. Whenever we asked for towels la or room service it took more than an hour to get them at the room and they would always say we are short on staff. Room were terrible you could hear people talk in the other rooms or if their TV was on. People would smoke weed and the ventilation was terrible and the room smelled disgusting when we complained they said they can’t find where it was coming from. Terrible experience.

We had a great stay at Cambria! Our kids loved the pool, our room was clean and comfortable. The walk to Disneyland wasn’t too bad, but just the tiniest bit too far. Made it harder to go back for an afternoon break. (FYI - we did take an Uber to the park one day and it was only $10USD) That being said, overall we loved our stay and would return.
