Parking was a nightmare, there’s only one option for entrance and the exit is around the back, the gate didn’t work half the time so we had to get a ticket each time we exited. Staff weren’t the friendliest, 2 gentlemen seemed to hate working the front desk. The carpets in the room could seriously use an upgrade or a deep deep clean. The ceiling had water damage everywhere which makes me think they didn’t fix it properly (my husband does this work for a living) it appears it was painted over instead of removed and dried out properly. The TV has basic channels, the distance to walk to Disney is great, breakfast had a lot of options but it’s so crowded and not enough seating. We got dirty looks from 2 maids who were assisting with breakfast for taking our food back to our room but I’d rather get looks than sit elbow to elbow with strangers. Overall, this hotel got a 3 star for cleanliness, not so friendly staff and the major parking/gate headache.

A great hotel option if going to Disneyland! Stayed during the week so it was quiet and no crowds for parking, pool, or gym. The included buffet breakfast was a great way to start the morning, before walking over to Downtown Disney to enjoy Disneyland and California Adventures. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, close to Disney & good dining around the hotel. The only downfall was we couldn’t get our phones to connect to the tv to watch Netflix which we had had at the hotel before this one. Breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing!

Great location. Great price. Plenty of parking even on a holiday weekend. Beautiful lobby. Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable beds and bedding. Nice property overall. CONS- the carpet is so dirty my feet got dirty walking from the shower to my bed. I hoped I was wrong and washed my feet and walked across the room again. Same result. The breakfast room is as crowded as Disneyland but helps start the day with a hot meal.

Great for Disney trip

First time staying here. We had a big family group going to Disneyland. The rooms were nice and clean. A little small but we didn’t spend too much time in them. Breakfast was good with a lot of selections but got pretty crowded. The staff was working very hard bringing out more food and cleaning the area. One of the rooms had an issue with the air conditioner but they replaced right away.

We enjoy our time here. It includes breakfast which is very convenient. Parking could be tough in a crowded weekend but there’s always someone of the staff that tries to help you. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable and the AC is very noisy.

Breakfast was well done. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools and hot tubs had hundreds even thousands of bugs inside of it. Sink in our room drained extremely slow, and the floor of the shower was discolored.
