Pros: The staff was very nice and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes were easy, quick and efficient. There is an elevator and lots of parking space. There is a mini fridge (no freezer). The shades make the rooms fairly dark at night. It's a pretty quick walk to Disneyland, walking through Downtown Disney approx 15-20 mins. Price is decent given it's proximity to Disneyland.
Cons: the room felt old, carpet had an odd odor and it felt very stuffy in there. The rooms look bigger on the pictures. There was no space for our double stroller in there, so we kept it in the car. The shower was terrible with low pressure and a top head only that was stuck in a misting mode. There is not much noise control. It is not a quiet environment inside the room; outside traffic with cars and fire trucks/ambulances, people walking or running outside the door making everything shake, or your neighbor taking a shower. The floors are VERY slippery when it's raining, so walk carefully.
All in all, would we stay there again, I am not sure, but we might give it another try.
