The room was clean and had plenty of pillows. The water pressure was bad in the shower and had a small stream. Our room was street level and got lots of people noise and kids running on upper floor that you could hear.

Staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was definitely a nice add on. The floors in the rooms need a deeper clean. After we showered and walked around barefoot our feet were dirty from the carpets. Other than that. It was all great and a nice walk to the parks

Room was okay for it being super close to Disneyland. It was a bit outdated, AC unit was LOUD. And still able to hear the neighbors. Breakfast was a plus. A good variety of foods. But overall not bad I would stay there again.

Everything was excellent! From check in to check out. Our room was ready upon check in at 7am, after checking in we could eat breakfast which was a full hot meal. At checkout they held on to our bags until our ride arrived to pick us up. What I liked most was I felt safe at all times, there was no homeless hanging around like there was on Harbor blvd the last time we visited Disneyland and the hotel staff was very pleasant. My kids enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and Topiary gardens. I’ll definitely will be booking my next stay here when I get home and recommending it to my family and friends.
