Great location, but outdated.

Conveniently located, but the rooms are a bit outdated. The bathroom didn't have a fan. The top bunk rail was loose, but we didn't use the top. It was a short walk to the park and parking was free, but the facility needs some updates.

Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming at all. Cleaned room every 3 days which seems to be the norm now but when asked if they could add a day they interrogated us as to why and what we needed done. Just felt like it was a burden to add a day. We pay all these resort fees I’d like my room cleaned.

Good hotel

Checking in was a breeze and they held our luggage so we could spend the day at Disneyland. The shower was outdated and shower head leaked a lot. Checking out was a challenge. There was an hour and a half with nobody available from 0700-0830 due to the desk person leaving without coverage. Their replacement was stuck in traffic during the Disney half marathon. They did accommodate us with a late checkout allowing us more Disneyland time.

We are a family of 4, and travel to Anaheim annually to visit Disneyland. We’ve stayed at different hotels all up and down the Main Street of the park. I won’t lie, the hotels not fancy, but it was clean, the staff was nice, and a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. We booked the Family Suite and had so much room and the price was WAY better than other hotels. We will definitely stay there again!

The Portofino Inn is a great place to stay. Very clean and convenient to the Convention center, Disneyland, garden walk, and mini shops and restaurants.

Well our neighbors up top were reall loud, and then the room couldn't get any warmer. Then to top that there werr 2 roaches in the bathroom, I see housekeeping working hard but it was nasty seeing the roaches.

Second time, still a good experience

This was our second time staying here for a Disneyland trip. It’s very convenient for the park. Less than a 15 minute walk to the main gate. It’s nice to have the option to walk back for naps. The room was clean. I feel like the room we stayed in last year was a little nicer or less run down. But this one was still fine. I appreciated that the mini fridge has a freezer section. We could refreeze our ice packs for the cooler bag we brought into the park. They also have an ice machine in the hallway. I was pumping for my four month old baby and was able to freeze bags of breast milk on the freezer section of the freezer. Our first night, we didn’t sleep well because the heater wasn’t working in our room. But we didn’t know it was broken until it got cold in the middle of the night. When we told the front desk maintenance fixed it right away. The guy working at the front desk was very helpful and kind. And anything we asked for was taken care of right away. We also did a Walmart delivery order to our hotel and it worked out great. One thing I wish the hotel had is a water bottle filling station. The tap water didn’t taste great. And it would be nice to have another place to fill up water bottles while at the hotel. We filled them when we left the parks each night instead. And that worked out okay. Overall a good stay for Disney and we would stay here again.
