Really loved staying at this place especially if you plan on going to Disneyland. They have transportation directly to the park. Only down thing I saw was that there were limited accessible outlets in the room.

First time staying here, the most friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Very clean and quiet and very accommodating. Shuttles run every 30 to and from the park. I will absolutely stay here again.

This property provides a shuttle to and from the Disney resort which is a great thing for me, it saves you a lot of time. I don’t like that they charge for parking but all Hotels around Disney charge for parking. The walk from on hotel building to the other was a little scary. Our air conditioning wasn’t cold enough I feel as if the vents were pointed upward and it wasn’t giving enough freshness to the room.

We loved how large the room was. It was nice to walk around the property gardens and see the beautiful landscape and ducks roaming. The lobby is inviting and there is a princess you can visit which is so cute. The game room had good games for kids too. We weren't there long enough to use the pool, but walked by it and it was pretty big. Seeing the fireworks from Disneyland was a plus. The shuttles back and forth to Disney were perfect- it doesn't feel stressful trying to get a ride since they run pretty frequent. I would definitely stay here again.

As a kid, I always wanted to stay in the castle when we'd visit Disneyland. Now that I have adult money...I've stayed twice in the last three months. The pros: close to Disney, has a shuttle, it's a cute hotel, the kids always get excited when we pull up, check-in is fast and easy, the hotel is clean, the grounds are clean, the castle Turret Suite is my favorite! The rooms have bidets and if you know, you know! The cons: Breakfast is gross; I'm pretty sure those are powdered eggs and it would be one thing if it were included but to pay for nothing palatable is just not ok. The gift shop has a lot of cute things but the coffee is powdered from a machine. We just get breakfast & coffee at the parks. Both bookings we had "guests" (cockroach) in our room. I don't read too far into it as our rooms are close to the gardens and they are water roaches. Our bidet was broken this last visit (I know, first world problems), both visits either the pool or spa was out of order and the mattresses are not the greatest. Overall, I suggest booking here. The staff is great, the hotel is cute and the price is reasonable for the quality of room.
