Room 320 was fabulous! It was the perfect place to stay for a ski vacation. The kitchen had everything to make meals , the bed was super comfy, the living room with the fireplace was super cozy and the ski decor was very cute.
Great place to stay for our weekend of skiing in Whistler! Felt super homey - like we were staying in an apartment. The room had a full kitchen with everything you’d need to cook with, a dining area, living room and two bedrooms. Washer and dryer were great to have as well! The hot tub and heated pool were fantastic after a day of skiing. And having the shuttle pick up right up the driveway to the hotel was very convenient!
The room was as expected. The front desk staff was accommodating although they resisted additional toiletries and coffee saying what was provided were starters. Starters? If I need to bring those toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap from home then there would be no need for you to provide any at all. If you're going to provide them so I don't have to travel with them then there should not be any push back on a request for additional amounts. Further, you charge for parking at $25 a night with no discount for week long stays, yet individual owners get a parking pass. I'll be sure to make parking included in my future decisions for lodging. I had thought for whatever reason parking was included...wrong I was. Definitely disappointed in the parking issue. The bus was terrific in how often it circulated and being timely. Lastly, if you want us to separate garbage from recycle then please provide sufficient containers for such vs just one and then expect us to separate at the garbage/recycle room.
I would have given 5 a five star review. There was an issue with our room but it was taken care of in a timely manner. We have stayed there before and will most likely stay again because of the way the issue was resolved.
The room was adorable. The ski lockers were nice for storage and the hot tub was nice! I would give a 5-star but you have to remember so many codes to get into every room you want to go. And the front door was locked before 9pm so we had to walk around to the parking garage to get to our room. Other than that it was nice and we would stay again.

The room was above expectations, clean, well appointed and designed perfectly for a long term stay. access to free transit bus 5 minutes to skiing and town center. thumbs up for this stay
The room was nice, slightly outdated but nice. However, we first experienced a lot of pounding from The unit above us and a dog barking loudly... I wouldnt normally conplain for this, but then later the first full day we experienced a major plumbing issue (not the owners fault) but the condo above had a clogged drain, had plumbers out, and it was very noisy while they were snaking the pipes in the walls..then our kitchen sink began to bubble and brown sludge water filled it all the way up!! Smelled fishy.. the front desk gal didnt know any workers were in the building and didnt know what to do, but I saw a plumber standing by the elevator and asked if he was working in the unit above us. And he was. He came and checked our unit, and for the next several hours popped back in and out of our unit checking and snaking the pipes...so we couldnt leave...or relax. Once that issue was fixed I alerted the property owner and after several emails explaining I had to clean out the brown sludge sink myself etc, they did offer a small refund. I was good with that and hoped for the best for the next few days. The next day was fine besides stomping and barking above us. Then the final night the stomping was SO bad (think toddler running back and forth for HOURS...) we dealt with it till 10:45pm and I finally called the phone number they provide for noise issues after 10pm. The guy said he would "alert security", but they arent onsite.... the noise went on till 1130pm. A bummer
Room was clean, except for the dog vomit? on the carpet by the dining table. No major complaints except twenty five for parking. I hate nickel and dime crap.Just include the parking IN the room fee. I’m fine with paying for parking, I just don’t appreciate the hassle of added effort of having to chase the parking meter in the lobby - to the garage. Thanx
We had a fabulous stay, the apartment was well equipped and situated right by a bus stop with a regular free bus into Whistler. Brilliana was a great help and went out of her way to make our stay great and festive - thank you!
