Lovely stay at Rialto

Lovely, spacious, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Front desk staff were wonderful, plus i left things behind and they called me. The Palms restaurant bar was also very nice. Extensive cocktail menu, nice wait staff, excellent service.

Great stay!!!!

Loved it! The hotel location. Very walkable to everything. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area. Easy access to the public buses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I'll be back for sure.

Good spot, nice rooms. Not many amenities available but there are so many spots close by it’s okay not to have much in house. Parking is a bit of a pain if you have luggage. Would have been great to have more than one person at the front desk busy check in times. The cleaning staff were excellent- friendly, professional and the room was spotless.

Excellent hotel!

Great hotel! The bathroom was huge! This place happened to be right around the corner from a venue where I was seeing a show. My only complaint is that the listing promised two complimentary beverages, and the language used led me to believe that there would be a voucher for two adult beverages in the lounge. The person at the desk told me that it meant there would be two San Pellegrino bottles in the mini fridge. But there were not.

Very conveniently located

It was a great location right in the heart of Downtown. There is a parking garage less than a block away with 24 hours security. Also, you can literally walk all over downtown within 20 minutes from this location.

The best part of the hotel was its location. It’s central to almost everything you’d want to walk to in Victoria but in a really safe area at night. Huge soaking bathtub and high quality soaps/shampoo was a big plus too. Beds were comfortable and well built but the bed coverings were thin and pillows too firm. Hotel was fairly quiet but you could hear movement and talking in the hallways at night so need earplugs if a light sleeper. Checkin and checkout process was cumbersome and took a while with only one employee at the front desk during busy times. Luggage storage was available and easy to use. Note that the free beverage advertised is just a soda water.
