I would stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Staff is excellent. They always tried to meet your needs. They are always easy to talk too. Also I treated the staff with respect and friendly talk. Told them also that I appreciated them for working there and looking after people staying there.

Booked King suite with Kitchenette. The room was small. The pullout mattress was dirty and the springs were pushing out of mattress. My boys slept on floor on comforters instead. For the cost it was not worth it.

If you are driving to Victoria you have to take the ferry. This can be an issue. Always remember to make a reservation. I forgot and was delayed as a result. I called the property and they were very accommodating with my late arrival.

Family friendly hotel. Not the grandest hotel but it offers a fantastic view of Downtown Victoria, along with an extremely walkability. The staffs were very friendly and we each got a welcoming cookie when checking in.
