The area was close to shops, dining and sites to see. Get valet parking when you checkin. Parking in area is not easy.

The customer service from the staff was excellent. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was clean and fairly big compared to other hotels we looked at. The attractions were fairly walkable distance, the only small downside was the neighborhood at night, but it wasn't a big deal as we weren't out that late. We would keep this hotel in mind next time we are in Victoria.

If you are looking for a location that is walkable, this is the one. Unfortunately this BW does not offer the free breakfast, however there were options that we could walk to. It is a older hotel that was kept clean, and the staff were great. Only issue we came accross was the parking when we first arrived. We opted for the valet car park option and were not able to find a spot to leave our car in front of the hotel as non-hotel cars decided to park in hotel designated spots. It was also a very busy Saturday in the city and difficult to find a spot close by to unload our bags. However, that said, even with this minor inconvenience, we still enjoyed our stay at this location. Aside from check in time, there were no issues afterwards with our car being brought out of valet or getting parked. Therefore, I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Hotel offers great service

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the sights you would want to see in Victoria. The service was excellent and they checked in with me via SMS text a couple of times during the day. The only negative during my stay was the noise from the night club that is located in the same building. I could hear and the feel the vibrations from the music.

Horrible! They cancelled our room without telling us. Said they tried to take $2 off our card, lie! No way that wouldnt have went through. Busy weekend in victoria everything in town was booked our family of 6 was stuck without a place to stay.
