It was nice and clean -- looked recently renovated (e.g., new bathroom fixtures). Had some nice features: fridge, micro, hair dryer, make-up remover wipes, built-in shelves, free parking. And it was very well-priced.

"Disappointing Experience and Poor Service" Our stay was quite disappointing. When we requested room cleaning, the staff responded that they were too busy and unable to help—an unprofessional and disrespectful reply. The king-size room with a kitchen was not clean; the gas stove and oven were dirty, and there were leftover dishes inside the oven. The toilet didn’t function properly, there were no bath mats in the bathroom, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the condition of the room was very poor, and we were not satisfied with our stay.

My stay was fine for the price I paid, no real issues with the room itself despite being a little run down. My main issue was the parking situation and the other guests Parking is limited at this lot compared to the number of rooms and it’s a very tight parking lot on top of that. I had a small car and I still had to squeeze in and had trouble getting out the next morning when the lot was full. I’m hoping this isn’t a regular occurrence at this hotel but there was a woman having some kind of breakdown a few rooms down and screaming at the top of her lungs. The hotel staff resolved this issue quickly though, I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of resolving this issue. I’d likely stay again as it was convenient and close to attractions.

AC machine didn’t work and room is in hot side of hotel. Needed to keep window open to let air in which meant the outdoor light would go on. Keep in mind you are at ground level as well. Not a great experience. I am confident this room was a closet at one point. Room was 8 by 12 total size.
