This is a nice little hotel. It looked like it was recently renovated and the rooms were very tastefully done and super clean. The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

An older property but was reasonable (relatively speaking these days), clean, with a great bed and quiet, despite it sharing the lobby with a rental car agency. A little tricky to access off Douglas but was perfect for our needs.

Stayed at the Arbutus Inn during a visit to Victoria. Overall, it was a good stay and the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful. However, the location was a bit far from the downtown area. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly mentioned the walking time to the city center on their site. Great if you have a car, but less convenient for those planning to walk.
