We had an excellent stay at the Arbutus Inn. We were greeted friendly and given great recommendations for dinner (Glo) and breakfast (The Spoon across the road). We were impressed about the clean room, especially the bathroom was spotless and well lit.

5 night King room with kitchen

Stayed 5 nights in a king room with kitchen. The room was at the end of the hall on ground floor so was quiet. Bed was very comfortable and their was enough space for us to store our two bikes in the room. We managed to get the same parking spot right in front of the doors for our entire stay and felt comfortable that our kayaks on top of our vehicle were safe. The only criticism I have is that the oven could use a good cleaning. I had to run to the dollar store to pick up an aluminum tray to cook my flatbread on as I did not want to put it on the oven rack. Also, the smoke alarm went off due to smoke from burning oven residue. The kitchen cupboard doors could also use a good cleaning. A pleasant stay all in all. Would stay again

Place is Good and Budget Friendly. The Only two things which i personality dont like They haven't provided any Mineral water and asked to consume Tap Water.For Water bottles,We have to Pay. Secondly the 150$ Security deposit they are taking. Thanks

For an older looking Hotel, the rooms were really clean. The location is walking distance from restaurants and on a main road. This was a nice surprise with decent size rooms. The only ask I would have, would be for a back up door lock that most places have.
