The room was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. Nice and quiet room. I did ask you for a refund for the last night and you said you would call the hotel and ask me to wait on the line, after 30 min. approx we were disconnected. I spoke with the desk and they told me you called and they would refund the last night. I don't have that refund on my card.

It was a nice for 1 overnight stay for me. Room was clean, staff was great & accommodating when I required additional supplies. Also made sure I had a ground level suite due to disability. They even allowed an early check in (I arrived by bus fr another city). My deposit was returned immediately, maybe b4 I even left the building ~ lol.

The Arbutus Inn was a great place to stay for me. I had booked last minute and was very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my stay was. The initial greeting during registering was very professional and welcoming thanks to "Josh" at the desk. The entire building is well laid out, clean, newly renovated for the most part (some renovations were going on outside my room but during the day and not disruptive - wiring upgrades). The cleanliness was on immaculate level. Parking was a breeze and I felt very secure in that area with the lighting and outdoor security cameras. I was there for a couple of nights and the items in the box of my truck were never disturbed. Would highly recommend the rooms with the bathtubs. The soaker tub was amazing. Check out the pictures for context. They only have a few rooms with this addition. After I checked out, I realized I had left alot of items in the freezer/fridge (very handy to have) and phoned the front desk. "Lise" collected it for me and had it waiting very shortly after I had called. Staff here is exceptional. Hands down. Beds comfortable and linens on the higher end.
