I stayed in Victoria for two weeks for some training and selected Accent Inns for it's location. Downs: Walls are quite thin so bring ear plugs. Ups: I was suprised how professional the staff were. I've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and the front desk and cleaning staff were just as good. Location is good, close to two malls and grocery stores. Room was also well lit.

Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming especially with our dog. The hotel is convenient esp for 1 night but it was noisy . We could hear upstairs quite easily and doors were banging late into the night despite having a quiet after 10pm policy. Unfortunately not a restful night .
