My son and I had a couple of days to explore in Vancouver before leaving on our Alaskan cruise. We were picked up by a complimentary van at the airport, which was very nice. We arrived early thinking we wouldn't be able to check into our room, but it was ready. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and our beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Hot scrambled eggs, ham, bread, bagels and huge muffins as well as cereal , fruit, juices and hot coffee. It was a great way to start out our full day tours! The staff in the breakfast area were also very friendly. We will definitely come back if we return to Vancouver for another visit. We highly recommend the SureStay by Best Western at the Richmond Vancouver Airport.

Everything is good. Free underground parking with large lot. Shuttle bus provides easy and convenient way from and to the airport. Excellent stuff helps a lot like luggage keeping and other needs. Breakfast is OK with some choices. Pretty clean room as they preform the clean job daily. Stayed in this hotel many time and it does meet the expectations.

Sketchy looking from the outside but clean and basic inside. Beautiful park behind hotel and really wonderful restaurant across the street. Nice staff…shuttle was punctual and very nice driver.

Very convenient as a layover short stay. Very friendly staff, dated but clean establishment but what won us over was the amazing night sleep on the most wonderful beds. Very good breakfast too. Just perfect.

What I like most is closer to shopping mall and restaurant. What I don’t like is the place is not sound proof and we found insects that scare us to sleep. They need to clean the room properly and change the sheet and pillowcase.
