The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was easy and secure. The room was clean, if not a bit run down, especially in the bathroom. But it had everything I needed (the small fridge was a bonus!). Comfy bed, although the small pillows could be improved. My only real complaint was the noise. I could clearly hear my neighbour watching tv and clearing his throat, as well as any noise coming from the hallway, and the building itself made regular loud bangs and shudders during the night. I bought earplugs for the 2nd night, which did help. Great stay for the price overall, but be prepared if you're a light sleeper.

A place like home

This Hotel was like home to me and felt so safe. Polite employees and services are priceless nowadays. Spacious clean rooms, confi king size bed, nice hot showers, coffee, tee, fridge, included nice breakfast and shuttle to the airport...i mean, it's amazing and rare to find for this price. I feeled like be back in good old Canada where humaneness was normal.

although the property need updating, the service provided by the front staff and the kitchen is excellent ! especially the front service is so caring . My flight is at the midnight, the last shuttle is 10:30pm, they managed to book a shuttle for me fitting to my flight most! This is my second stay ,and the bed setting is not as clean as the first time. Hope next time, the clean service will be improved!

Beds were very comfortable. Room was great and continental breakfast was better than expected (lots of warm and cold options). Only complaint is our room was right next to the laundry room and kitchen, so there was movement and noise right outside our room starting at 5:30am.

rooms were as described; Windows could not be opened, only balcony door; room to the park is quiet at night but hotel itself is very loud whenever someone is on the corridor or in a room close to the own room; breakfast could have more selection of warm food but was okay; better recycling and less single use plastic would be good; breakfast room much too small, people had to stand and eat, and it was not possible to get to the food stands due to tables being so close to it
