My stay at the Sandman Hotel was enjoyable overall—comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a seamless check-in process. The airport pickup was fantastic, with a courteous and professional shuttle driver who made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the airport drop-off (Pick up from sandman hotel March 22, 2025 at 9:50 AM) experience was a stark contrast . The driver was unhelpful and rude, insisting we place all four large bags and two small bags in the seating area, creating a safety hazard. To our frustration, he later loaded luggage into the back for guests at the Sandman Signature Hotel, revealing there was space available. This inconsistency in service left us feeling undervalued and questioning whether it was because we stayed at the regular Sandman. While I’ve always been a loyal guest, this experience has made me hesitant to return. I hope the hotel addresses this issue to ensure all guests receive equal and respectful treatment.
