We paid $1,600+ to stay at this hotel for 9 nights for our anniversary and it wasn’t pleasant at all. The room had stinky carpet, washroom faucet is hard to turn on and off (you have to use some muscle), the tub probably is clogged with hair and the water is not draining and the room chair was smelly and had stains and we didn’t sit on it. The water dispenser in the fitness center wasn’t loaded with water for 3 days when the gallon water jug was 2 steps away and my husband had to do it himself. The pool and hot tub was horrific, there are green algae all over the walls and crevices of the pool area. We only wanted our room cleaned every 3 days however when it was time to clean it wasn’t cleaned, just new towels. One day we slept in on the 5th day and was still getting ready, on the way out we asked the housekeeper we saw in the hallway to clean the room and she said it was too late but she was still cleaning other rooms at 2PM. We got stuck in the elevator a couple times. There was a day we came back to the hotel at midnight after catching up with friends, one of the receptionist (Vincent? can’t remember the name) asked us rudely what we wanted and why we are there and my husband said out lout that we are checked in this hotel. Photos are deceiving, don’t book at this hotel, it is not worth the money and we definitely will not be coming back.

Clean room with convenient location. Shopping malls, food halls and restaurants are one to two minutes of walking distance. Skytrain station across the street. Good location.

The staffs were friendly and the lobby was clean, but the room wasn’t very impressive. There was a leftover drink left in the fridge, a small candy jar was left under the bed, a piece of tissue in the bathroom trash can. The bathroom smelled a bit, it wasn’t too bad but noticeable. The fitted sheet on both beds looked small, it couldn’t cover the whole mattresses. The mattress covers were seen and were kinda dirty. The coach had a big stain. We wouldn’t want to stay here again.
