The location is great. The property was being renovated so the room looked new. However, the room we got was tiny. It was hard to go around the bed without bumping into things.

No fridge or microwave in a single queen bed. Nice walking park with a pond behind the hotel. But do not recommend booking in Richmond barely anything to do there.

The hotel is located right next to a beautiful park great for sitting and enjoying the day or taking a stroll among the flowers and animals. It is within walking distance of the Olympic oval and many eating places. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Can’t understand the poor reviews. Check-in was prompt. Room was spotless and looked newly renovated. More than enough shampoo, towels, etc. Didn’t sample breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but had two cups of coffee from the in-room Keurig. Only complaint was the parking garage was a bit tight and spots were sparse.

My fligjt was delayed and it cost me 31 dollars by taxi to reach at the hotel as there is no shuttle services after 1200am to 4am The airport taxi ia too expensive the hotel should arrange for taxi for the pickup
