The room was nice but could use a refresh. Beds are quite harsh and I don't appreciate a giant window looking into the bathroom. The desk is overflowing with mini bar items to buy but rather lacking in room amenities.

Great stay at Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an unbeatable waterfront location close to restaurants and shops. Onsite underground parking is available for a fee, though it can get busy in the evenings. Would definitely stay again.
