Perfect stay

These were our last few nights in North Vancouver after 5 years living here. We couldn't have picked a better hotel to wrap it up. The staff was extremely friendly, the room spacious with water and Lonsdale views. Everything was convenient.

The location was perfect for our stay in North Vancouver. We enjoyed dinner at a local pub downstairs at the market. The Seabus was at the doorstep and we took the short trip across the Harbour to downtown. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. We were surprised we had a little verandah and enjoyed sitting look out toward the city skyline. Lovely stay for us.

Just beside Longsdale ferry station and has a nice boardwalk with a view outside hotel. Staff is friendly but hotel is pricey for the type of amenities and rooms you get. We booked a beach/harbor view room, however got a room with window/door that can’t be opened. While there are some eateries within the lower level of hotel building, there are other options around. Note, the hotel is on 3rd floor. Didn’t realize the parking had to be paid separately and though hotel residents get a discounted price, still ended up paying a lot for 3 days of parking. We did a ferry ride to Canada place one day and loved it. The hotel is close to lot of things, few mins of ride. 20-25 mins drive from Stanley park.

I spent $500 on this room and I told the front desk I would not have stayed there had I known what my room would be like. The furniture was scratched up. Office chair was torn up. No view. My window led out to a roof top where people would have access to and I expressed I felt unsafe as I was on my own - 62 year old woman. They could not move me as they were sold out. I would not stay there again.

Lovely hotel above the quay market. So quiet. We had a balcony room that had a water view. Hotel was clean and staff pleasant. Lots of dining options. Easy access to the sea bus and the Spirit Trail for a nice long walk.

Really liked the location, very convenient to jump to Vancouver and the surrounding area was nice and lively. The front desk staff was kind and attentive. They took our bags while we waited for check-in. However when we checked into our room, there were still dirty plates from the pervious guest outside our door which was kinda gross. The room was big and tidy. The bed was comfy but the curtains need updating. It could be human error too, but the curtains came in two pieces and I found it didn't keep all the light out. There also looked to be a cigarette hole burned at the top, that you could see clearly when u shut the curtains. Overall, a good stay.

Seconds stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth staff were on site even at 2am when our flight was delayed, Beds and pillows were comfortable, room was quiet. This hotel is conveniently located by the seabus terminal, restaurants, coffee shop & shopping. Quay market is just below but can easily walk to other locations.
