Very nice property. But not super clean in the room. Looking in the corners and cracks and crevices of the bathroom you will find soap scum, dust, hair, oil, etc. TV remote had dead batteries. You only get 1 discount breakfast (even if you have 2+ people), and its still very expensive from their restaurant. Great views from the room juliet balcony. Love the water and shipyard. And Lonsdale Quay offered some good food choices and nice small shops to visit in the morning!

Beautiful room, great view of Vancouver, easy check in and checkout. Bed is a a little hard but comfortable. Pillows are made of foam chunks and not very comfortable. Paring was very pricey $28.

We arrived for a late check in and were informed we would have the payment we had already made refunded “tomorrow “ but had to pay again tonight. The desk clerk was friendly but her explanation that this double charge was due to a change of ownership seemed very odd. This was after they had already called me to confirm the credit card earlier in the day Plus our room was run down and the huge crack in the sink looked dirty

Parking was a complete rip off as there were parking options within walking distance for half the price. The bed was by far the worst bed I've ever slept on and I've slept on concrete before. The room was nothing special and cost way too much realtively to the other options available within the aame hotel.

Bigger hotel sign please.

Wasn't sure about location being in North Vancouver but being by the Seabus made everything very convenient. Lots of restaurants of every description and price within a 5 minute walk of hotel. Not a hundred percent sure but I think most rooms are water views. The only downside was when we arrived the hotel doesn't have much of a sign making it confusing for guest and the Uber driver.

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and a beautiful view from our balcony. Finding the hotel is a bit of a challenge as it is on the third floor of the market. Parking is easy once you get it figured out, it is complicated until you understand how it works. Overall, we found the facilities were great.

This hotel is a great alternative either for those who are visiting for one or 2 nights or those who are vacationing (couples or small families) for a longer time. Friendly staff, safe and renewed neighbourhood and easy access to downtown Vancouver by ferry-bus, car or public bus. The Hotel is located in the same building as a market but there is no noise and/or other concerns about that. There are good shops and plenty of restaurants around the area. The staff (Ishita) at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Good value for the price paid. You must, however, pay a public parking fee which is about $28 for a 24 hour /full day parking.
