Wonderful staff at every position. Lovely room with nice amenities. Location is convenient with the Skytrain right across the street, and multiple dining options nearby. Free breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend this to others.

I was told more than once that check in is at 4:00 p.m. which I knew and was prepared for that. I was early so dropped my bags off and was given a lounge pass to use to go to the washroom and to sit in and wait if I so desired. I chose to go to the mall that was attached but was told they would text me when my room was ready. I went back to the hotel at 3:40 and was told my room

The door bell is awkwardly located and they closed the front pull in area which was a bit awkward for Uber drop offs, but the hotel is surprisingly sound proof for being across from a very busy SkyTrain station. Appreciated the 24-hr desk and hot breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, complimentary water greatly appreciated
