The room was very nice, clean. The bathroom was beautiful, newly done. The beds were perfect! They had a kuerig in the room and a coffee maker downstairs to make fresh ground expresso. We needed a layover between flights. I would recommend this place and definitely coming back.

The day I checked in , the front desk staff booked us for our airport shuttle because it was included with my booking,but the following day when we checked out. The night staff told us that there was no booking for our airport shuttle so we end up paying for a taxi on our own going to the airport.

The staff was very very courteous and they were very helpful. We could not reach the shuttle bus service at the airport and so we took a taxis. When we arrived at the hotel the desk employee offered to reimburse us for the fair. We we were pleasantly surprised! They happily stored our baggage for a time after we checked out. This was helpful. All staff were very pleasant.The hotel is just steps from a large mall and good restaurants. I would stay there again.
