They have a lovely grand lobby but you then get told you’re in another building.. which is a complete downgrade! Apparently the rooms have been recently renovated… I would say 5-10 years ago maybe. However they were spacious and comfortable. The air con did not work at all so the rooms were on the warm side and you can easily hear other people beside you and above, so not good if you have heavy footed people walking about at 5/6am!

We booked because it had a pool, when we arrived we learned it was closed for construction and when asked if they had anything to offer they ghosted us and didnt respond, we will never stay here again.

Surprisingly high quality

We were here for a college baseball tournament. We found the rooms very comfortable and clean and thoenjoyed the restaurant. The breakfast is by far best hotel breakfast we have had.

This place is a maze of hallways and elevators. After getting my room key and quick instructions, I wandered the halls in the conference building for 15 minutes before finally going back to the front desk to ask for a map. Now, it was very late and maybe I didn't understand something about how to get to my room, but a simple floor plan like they give you at cheap motels to find your room would have saved me a huge amount of frustration and lost sleep. The room was sub-par as well, having been renovated recently but with cheap materials as evidenced by the peeling laminate flooring. On the plus side, the rate was low and the towels were nice. I would only stay here again if there were no other options.
