The hotel room didn't look like the pictures. It was smelly, dirty, falling apart and the bed was terribly loud. You couldn't move in the night without being woken up. The restaurant has strange hours and finding a place to eat near by isn't the easiest. The cost per night was pretty hefty for what it is and what's offered.

This was the WORST booking I have ever experienced! The room was terrible! The A/C wasn’t on, when plugged in it blew gross dust and mold out in my face! Wifi never worked and wasn’t even connected! Fridge was HOT and when I called front desk for the 3rd time explaining that we required a fridge for medication (because we were there for a BC Children’s Hospital Visit) they said we could use a 3rd floor fridge elsewhere in a staff room!??? WHAT??!! The people above us were incredibly loud all night and we got no sleep and our room was 26 degrees with no airflow! WORST EXPERIENCE!!

The hotel has great service and the restaurant is quite good with a creative and tasty menu. However the property needs a serious update. The rooms are clean but very outdated.

Shuttle to airport big plus. Coffee in lobby would work. Louder ring for “wake up calls” would work. Any grab bar anywhere in tub would really help. Pillows for petite necks would be out of this world!!! Just sayin’

Overall good stay for the convenience of location to the Richmond conference centre and price was okay. Suite was large and spacious, very clean. Room was dated with a slight cigarette smoke smell.

We thought this was good value, the suite was large had all catering requirements. We only waited 7 mins for shuttle bus. Yes its a bit dated but that did not matter, as the suite exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel suite i was booked in was spacious, clean and quiet. Crisp clean sheets, towels and sparkling clean living space. I didnt utilize any of the additional amenities like dining or the fitness room.
