Terrible check in experience and airport shuttle

Shuttle services shuts down way too early and doesn’t start until way too late given it is listed as an airport hotel. Cost me an extra $70 in taxis that I wasn’t expecting. Check in process was a nightmare and after almost an hour, in the end I wasn’t even able to stay at the hotel. The room was prepaid but their system wasn’t recognizing my credit card. Absolutely no work arounds or apologies offered. From their lobby, I called the Sure Stay hotel across the street and walked over there. Was checked in and into my room at their competitor in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely useless staff, terrible customer service policies, and a terrible experience. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

The place is close to the shopping malls where you can dine it anytime. spacious room ,and.parking is availble for all the guess . If you dont have Car public transfortation is just right infront of the hotel. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport.I highly recommend this place .

I got off airplane at 2am in vancouver and was soo tired. My flight didnt leave til 130pm the same day. So i wanted to get a hotel to sleep and shower. I booked a hotel the same day. Forgetting that i had to book the night prior to stay immediantly. Realizong this i phoned hotel hoping he could change it or credit me or something. It was 2am. He didnt and didnt want to seem to try to help. Thank fullu i was allowed to change the name so my couson stayed in the room (it wasnt wasted) but the fact the manager didnt even try to have solution. I would not book there again
