Very expensive for an average 2 star hotel. Breakfast was sparse. One elevator made for moving luggage a challenge.

No hot water at 6am on a Tuesday!

My husband and i liked the location in terms of access to the skytrain but i ask three things of a hotel during just a quick one-night stay, it be clean, has a bed, and i can have a shower. The hotel is definitely aging but my issue was that on a Tuesday morning at 6am, why was there no hot water? Cold to the point where i just had to forego having a shower altogether. When checking out the person didn't even bother to ask how my stay was so i was not able to voice my compliant so they could try to fix for future guests and possibly offer a bit of a discount for the inconvience. When we spend $300 on a hotel room, in my opinion, you should at least be able to get a hot shower, even motel 6 offers that!

This is an $80 dollar hotel where we live but somehow they charge nearly $300 US for it. Musty smoky smell inside, broken items, run down location with few dining options around, no hot water until night, tiny tv, terrible experience

This hotel needs a serious upgrade. The hotel feels stuck in 1990’s. The room smelt of mold. The staff was fantastic.

We waited for one hour for the shuttle from the airport, it never showed up. While we kept calling for updates, they told us it would come in 10 mins, and then another ten…we had to take an Uber as we were travelling with 2 kids and they were tired. Upon arrival, the lobby was crowed with people, took 15mins for us to check-in, only to discover that there was no hot water available. We spent the night because it was almost midnight and no other options were really available, but we are so disappointed with the over all experience. Never again!

I rated the staff as average since some were helpful and some were not. The rooms were decent and overall bldg was good. Note that the breakfast is fairly basic - some days have eggs, it seems the other days have yoghurt. This is a great place if just stopping over to wait for a flight. Not as good for long term stay due to lack of pool, fitness or laundry room. Staff reminded us of the local Night market which was a quick walk. Bridgeport Skytrain was close too.

It is outdated but clean. The bed and bedding were as good as a 4-star hotel. It had plenty of great pillows. The A/C was ice cold when I entered, which was amazing! Across the street is a junky mess. I feel bad for the hotel. They should demand better of them. Excellent staff.

We liked the property itself. We missed protein for breakfast but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood around the hotel was a little sketchy and didn't feel super safe.
