The room was great but the check in was not smooth. The clerk was trying to do 1000 things and we were a little worried about getting checked in properly. Our TV would not work and we called and it took over a half hour for some help to come. Overall, atmosphere was ok - busy corner in the city.

Nothing fancy, but clean, comfy bed, adequate breakfast, good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Appreciated the late night shuttle pickup from the airport. Desk staff friendly. Only thing i didnt like was the $250 hold on my credit card. Seems like most hotel chain do it, but $250 is the highest I've seen. Hope no issues getting it taken off my card.

we stayed here due to the shuttle that didn't start early enough for our flight. Our check in agent was very lovely and helped us book a cab to the airport in the morning. The Hilton next door had a 24 hour shuttle. Wish we had known.

The exterior of the property is tired and needs a refresh. The exterior unit windows were filthy…needed washing. The check in area had leaves from outside by the front desk and behind the front desk it was messy…didn’t look as it had been vacuumed in some time. Breakfast was a nice inclusion however the eggs needed to be hotter. Front desk staff was polite and accommodating. Staff had some difficulty answering our questions and we wondered if that was a language issue…asked for wine glasses and front staff appeared confused by the request until someone from housekeeping happened by and was happy to provide. The room was clean and tidy. We asked well in advance for early check in and got it however we needed to change our original request for a king bed to two queens. We have stayed at Wyndham properties before…this stay was below their regular standards in our opinion.

Only 10 minutes from the airport. Walking distance to the casino. Good restaurants close by. The hotel will let you drop your luggage off early in storage for cruise ships disembarking.
