No spaces for people to put their car in order to go in to register and to unload or load luggage and a finding a way to get into the front to do those things was very difficult and mysterious. Obviously the hotel needs to figure out a better way for arriving and departing guests to do what they need to do AND POST SIGNS WITH THE SOLUTION.

Stay was ok. Room had been refurbished at some point, but just felt dated & hotel in general was quite sad. Desk staff did their job but no warm welcome or goodbye, didn't show much interest. Shuttle to & from airport worked well & was my reason for choosing this hotel but I'd not rush back. The adjoining White Spot was good, but opening hours weren't great if an early or late flight.

Good shuttle service, adequate hotel for a night. I'm just not enthusiastic when paying $300 a night for "adequate", but that seems to be the market in Vancouver for a room. It just means less enthusiasm to book another visit to Vancouver. As an aside, for $300, you would think the hotel would have either powdered cow or a couple of UHT real cream servings (in the bar fridge) for the coffee maker in the room. I mean, jeez.

A little difficult to find (they did provide instructions but I still had to loop around a couple times) but other than that it was a good hotel to stop at on our way to the island. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Very poor shuttle service

We waited 1and half hours for shuttle. Absolutely ridiculous. Shuttles from other hotels went by 5 times before this one came. One of the other drivers became concerned that we were still there and made a call for us.

The location is close to the airport which is why we booked it but the shuttle service doesnt run 24 hours so we had to uber to the airport. The rooms the lamps were full of dust and the property is dated. The staff however was very friendly and welcoming. The city transit bus stops right outside the hotel so we took it down to the waterfront and back which was a good experience. There is a convenience store on the corner from the hotel and there is a White Spot restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel is a bit pricey compared to others because of airport proximity.

We called for airport shuttle but nobody answered call. We e fed up paying for taxi. On site restaurant closed at 9 pm and no other dining within walking distance. Felt unsafe walking(industrial area, under freeway). Ants in bed.

There were some strange smellls throughout the hotel. In the room and in the hallways. Regardless, it was a comfortable and basic hotel stay. The best part was the hotel shuttle to the airport, that's why we booked here.

I made two reservation under the same name and paid for them both , i called the property to comfirm first time they didn't have mybtwo reservations sevond time they confirmed i did , them we arrived at the property and theres was only 1 reservation again fellow couldn't help us, this was late in evening so a bit inconvenient, then had to wait 2 hours to figure this out . Needless to say front desk was no help. Once it was rectified with expedia we where able to go tomour rooms ,next next morning we took the airport shuttle to YVR the driver was yelling at the front desk and was so rude to the guest all about names not being on the list driver was rude ,disrespectful really bad experience
