Good breakfast, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We used the washing machine/dryer. Bit of a noisy neighborhood with police directing traffic with whistles and busy street. Just a few miles towards downtown Vancouver is a large homeless hangout.

The property is very dated. The road noise was so loud that we were not able to sleep (Cars, Sirens, Honking all night long). The A/C didn't work, we ultimately had to request a new room the second night.
