The bathroom has mold spores in multiple places. There was food particles from the previous person in the room on the counter and floor. Beds are very uncomfortable, flat pillows, no cover on the mattress, just the sheet. I would not stay here again and will not refer anyone to this hotel either.

I had never been to Vancouver and was attracted by the design and look of this hotel. Free transportation from the airport was a plus and our driver was sensational and polite. My husband left his cell phone in the van and he returned it to the hotel immediately. We were so grateful for all the staff who assisted us when we arrived. They even safely stored our luggage until check in time. It is an older hotel and could use some upgrades, but all in all, the staff was nice, the water was hot and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Thank you all.

We only stayed one night and due to a missed connection. No food was available when we arrived at 9.30 and within walking distance there was only a petrol station for food. The airport shuttle was very convenient. We had requested a wake up call, luckily I set my phone alarm as they did not ring.

Airport shuttle was good. Hotel and room are in need of a spruce up, but I mostly want a comfy bed and a good, hot shower and both met my comfort level. The breakfast needed some protein like eggs, meat or cheese. The staff was wonderful, giving us great recommendations and offering me something I forgot! The lobby needed a good vacuuming

The only pro is the location. It’s super close to the airport and Costco is across the street. But the staff are rude (two international women, on separate occasions, gave me attitude for asking simple questions. one even kept interrupting me and refused to let me ask the question before repeating herself over and over without even listening to me.). And the room is dusty, carpet not cleaned in years probably, strangers hairs in the middle of my towels. Avoid at al costs

A convenient hotel, overall reasonable accommodation and location. However, for the price, not equal to the value required to stay overnight. The location , although quaint, was clearly showing its age and lack of upkeep. Water stains on the ceiling, told the story of past issues that were not addressed. And many little details throughout the hotel took on this same lack of attention. The staff seemed helpful, and yet there was a clear an underlying sense of economy that held each bottle of water, each coffee pod, or each amenity in a tight grip and created an uncomfortable environment. I do not think the staff was told be miserly.. but they did anyway. Even the signs at the “free” breakfast called out the limited generosity of the limited breakfast. Was I safe, yes. Was it “comfortable,” kind of. Was it a great stay.. not at all. For the price I have higher expectations. And in a location and economy that demands higher costs.. this is not a value that is equal to the cost.
