I felt that this hotel smelt musty and moldy. The bathtub did not appear to be cleaned(very stained). I had to put a towel on the base of the tub in order to take a shower. I kept finding long black hairs in the tub and shower area. I'm bald, so I know the hairs were not mine. I didn't feel comfortable wearing sock/or bare feet, as the carpeting did not appear to be clean enough to walk on. The staff, with the exception of the front desk, were very impolite. If I said hello or good morning to any of the staff, no one would even respond. I felt that this was a case of reverse racism, as I am white and none of the staff were. I found it to be JUST rude. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property is in no way clean. We stayed for 6 nights and we recieved no clean towels in this time and not once was our room made for us. Even after requesting these services at reception they still didn’t do anything. There is a room tag to place on your door to request the room to be cleaned and still it wasn’t. The breakfast was ok but no hot food provided. The place needs a deep clean everywhere. I wouldn’t say at $1300 it was cheap either. Some stafff were friendly some not so much. Clean the place!!!
