The staff was kind and considerate. The room was immaculate. I could see Shibuya Scramble out my window. JR train line was half a block away. 7ELEVEn was close by. I could walk to everything I wanted to see from the REI location. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the coffee was better than Starbucks. I will always stay at this hotel
The room was larger than I expected
The bathtub is about three feet deep and the water is HOT. Soaked for an hour

Excellent service from all the staff. Extremely helpful when shipping our luggage to the next destination. The rooms dont get particularly cool. I am menopausal and was very hot. That is my only issue. Everything else is perfect! Super easy to check in and out. We stayed twice so far. Will be back in the fall too.

Shibuya Tokyo REI Hotel is in a great location—very convenient for getting around. The staff are super friendly, and they even provide supplies at the reception area (comb, toothbrush, etc.), whether you forgot to bring them or not 😁 That said, the room—and especially the bathroom—are on the small side. I’m only 5’1” and about 115 lbs, and I kept hitting my elbow every time I raised my arms to wash my hair or body. 😂 I’m not sure about the other room types, but ours was definitely tight, so just be warned!

I had a nice stay. I liked the location. It’s a couple minutes walk to Shibuya square scramble. The Shibuya train station is right outside the hotel. There are many food and shopping places in walking distance. The room was small but clean. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. They assisted me in catching the limousine bus to Narita airport which was a little over an hour away. Yes I would recommend. Yes I world stay there again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff was super nice. Location was perfect! Our only issue is you can't control the room temperature individually and it was often warm and stuffy in the room. That said we'd absolutely stay here again.
