Loved that the hotel was in the middle of Shibuya. Close to train station and walking distance to shops , eateries . Dislike that our room faced the train tracks and at night we hear the trains up to midnight and start up again at 530am. Besides that the staff was helpful. The laundry area was convenient. I would stay there again.

The location couldn’t be better with train stations, shopping and dining all really close. The walls were kind of thin but if you turn on the fan in the room it drowns out all of the noise. Everything was convenient with a laundry room and and money exchange machine in the lobby.

Location! Location! Location! Its steps away from the station in Shibuya and the shibuya scramble. The staff are nice. It’s closed to convenience store and McDonald’s. They even lend us umbrellas cause it was raining. There is a water dispenser where you can get cold water. The only thing is the room is a little bit small.

Rooms are very small granted it is a Japanese hotel bathtubs are very small. My biggest issue was you don’t have dinner at your restaurant you have breakfast and lunch but no dinner no bar nowhere to sit and have a drink

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s near the train station, shopping malls, bars, and restaurants. The staff was excellent! The room and bathroom were a bit smaller than what we’re used to, but we managed. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Shibuya Tokyu REI Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained hotel in the heart of Shibuya, this is a great choice. Location – Perfect for Exploring Tokyo The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing. It’s surrounded by great shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it easy to explore the vibrant energy of Tokyo. Rooms – Clean, Cozy, and Well-Equipped The rooms, while compact (as expected in Tokyo), are well-designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including a good selection of toiletries, a kettle, and a mini-fridge, were a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both work and streaming. Service – Friendly and Efficient The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Great stay

The staff were super accommodating with holding our luggage’s both before and after our stay. The washroom was a bit small but the living space was big enough for us to pack our 4 suitcases! The hotel is right next to shibuya station which made things super convenient.

Good Area to Stay!

My daughter and I had a good 10 nights stay. The room has a humidifier, heater and a fan. The aircon works fine. We had a room facing the lift but we hardly hear any noise. Room is small. I bought rubber hooks to use in the toilet and also on the full line mirror. The hooks help to keep the bed tidy. Laundry room is on 5th floor. Cost ¥400 Per wash and dryer cost ¥200 per 30min. A decent dry needs 2 cycles. Detegent is ¥100 from front desk. This hotel is right next to Shibuya shopping areas and within 2 min walking to Shibuya station/Shibuya crossing. It is very conveneint area to set up as your base in Tokyo. Shibuya Scamble Square across the street has some fancier brands. Lobby has all the toliletries you would need, facial cream, toner, hair oil etc. Yes its a crowded area. But we are tourists. Its good to return each evening and still able to go shopping at Shibuya.
