The location is very good and although it’s right next to Shibuya center, it is very quiet. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transit. Not a lot of amenities but we stayed for the purpose of other conveniences and being able to explore the city efficiently.

The hotel is at a great location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed with the cleaning of the room, it was only half completed with dirty cups and crumbs left. The team did bring clean cups on request but not ideal. Recommended for a simple room in a great location.

Close to station

First impressions of the outside of the hotel were not good , very dirty, lots of smokers and full ashtrays . Check in was quick and we had a suite and the room was wonderful. We stayed 3 nights and requested not to have the room made up but had fresh towels everyday . Wish we had the coffee replenished daily too as we had to buy coffee as even the machine in reception wasn’t working . Hotel very close to the station and places to eat which was great and yes I would recommend this hotel once you get past initial first impression

The elevator, hallway, and especially our room all had a fairly musty smell. I wouldn’t recommend people to stay here unfortunately

Single occupancy room in Central Tokyo

Cheap and nice hotel room, perfect for solo travellers or single occupancy. Not much space to swing a cat though that was fine as there to see Tokyo, not the hotel. Safe, clean and comfortable in great central location.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel. The perfect location for exploring Tokyo. Quite basic, but neat and tidy with good amenities. Quirky bathroom design. The only downside for us was no charging points near the bed so had to leave things at other side of the room

The hotel was close to all things in the area. The room was small but that was known before booking. I would probably add another step to get up into the bathroom area of the room especially for the older person. The shower was fantastic but need to be careful with some fluctuations in the hot water. Being able to store luggage in the hotel while waiting to catch a late afternoon flight was very helpful. Overall I would probably stay again but get a bigger room so I had a little more space for the solo traveller

Location is very good but the hotel itself is rundown. Paint flaking off walls. In the room one of the closets was falling off the wall and peeling back part of it. Room was not very clean, and the rest of the hotel is falling apart. Cheap place to stay and close to everything but the hotel itself was bad.
