To start off, staff was very kind and attentive. Location was also close to Shibuya crossing. However, the room we received did not look like the listing online at all. The lobby looked nice, but once you start walking towards your room, the hallways had large scuff marks and chunks of corners were missing. There was literally a giant gash mark on the emergency exit. On their website, they market their rooms to look fancy or at least nice but the room I was given looked ghetto. Their listing for their single rooms did not look like the room we had at all, we were the only room on the floor that had the smallest layout, a missing desk, and was in poor condition: 1 broken shower handle, toilet/ bidets were inconsistent, sink was also inconsistent, buttons missing from the lighting control, paint peeling off from restroom window. I tried to politely request for a room change due to these conditions but the worker was reluctant with changing our room after my complaints. I also found it weird that we would have to call front desk to open and close our rooms.. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pretty upset that I spent $700 to receive a ghetto/ rundown room, I feel robbed.
