Stayed there for 4 nights. All staff were very respectful and great. Great location with only a few min walk from Shibuya station. The room was rather small, but the location really made it worth staying.

Had a clean and comfortable stay. The three single beds weren’t perfect for us, so I’ll opt for a bigger room next time. The location is so convenient that it more than makes up for it. I’ll happily return.

The hotel’s only advantage is its location. The advertised rating is inaccurate, as the service did not meet expectations. Staff were unhelpful and had difficulty understanding basic English. We had a better experience at the Shinjuku branch.
