Great Location, But Disappointing Service The hotel’s location was excellent, but that’s about where the positives ended. Our room was on the 7th floor, and the noise from the train tracks was very noticeable—especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. The staff weren’t welcoming and often seemed dismissive. At the entrance, a sign stated that guests should present their room number and wait for assigned seating. However, after giving my room number, I was left standing awkwardly with no direction. Eventually, I had to ask, only to be told to “sit anywhere” with a vague gesture. Additionally, the breakfast menu leaflet mentioned a promotion where leaving a review would earn a free latte. When I inquired about it, the staff member quickly dismissed it, saying, “No, no need to pay extra,” without acknowledging what was clearly written. This lack of clarity and engagement from the staff was disappointing. Overall, while the location and breakfast were good, the noise issues and unhelpful service made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

I am a late riser, and stayed on the west side, so I started my days with the sound of trains. All in all, it added to the experience of waking up in Shibuya. And in a building that seems to attract a lot of working and networking professionals.

Loved this place. Great room and staff were very nice. Has everything very close by and walkable with the train 10 minutes away. Great for people coming there with family or going solo.

Our stay from check in to check out was A . Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping and staff overall were so polite and hospitable. I loved the 4F Cafe, especially the DJ nights with free drinks. The location is near so much dining, shopping, Shibuya crossing, train station, etc. Thanks again for my birthday gift/keepsake. My significant other and I will definitely be back!!

It may not get any better than this when staying in Shibuya. Location is perfect, tons of shopping and food options, check out at 2pm is very convenient as well. A . Definitely will be back

I booked a room for 3 people and it was spacious enough to allow all of us to open our large checked luggage at the same time. There’s enough storage space under the bed for large bags. HOWEVER, the hotel is situated next to the train lines. You will hear the trains very early in the morning.
