Clean and comfortable. Good location to explore Gi

The hotel is located in Hibiya district but it's only 5 mins walk to Ginza, and 2 nearby metro stations. There is also shopping malls nearby all within 3 mins walking. The hotel room is not big but comfortable with an added bonus of a massage chair. Shower is powerful. Bed is comfortable. Ask for a room facing the railway on a higher floor if you are a trainspotter.

Good value for money

Excellent location. The massage chair takes up a lot of space in the room which is already quite small. We appreciated the (free) bottled water, but would've preferred a hot/cold water station in the lobby so there's less plastic waste.

Perfect location for shopping and tourist activities in Tokyo. Just a few minutes walk from Yurakucho station and Hibiya station. Ginza is a few minutes walk also. There’s a lot of dining options nearby, Tokyo midtown and Chanter. The place is lively and very beautiful. Hibiya Park is nearby also. If I ever visit Tokyo again I’ll be staying there again.

Great location, the staff was nice, but in compare to the other hotels we stayed in Japan, the were a little bit indifferent. You kind of get used to being treated so good by people in Japan. The room was too little, more then we expected, in photos look a bit larger.

My room was a bit small, so just be aware if you have larger luggage that might need more space to be opened. I still managed with two suitcases so it's doable! Otherwise, the location is pretty good. There's a lot of interesting izakaya options to check out in the nearby Yurakucho. The staff was really nice and helpful as well.
