Very well staffed and excellent service. Hotel is 5 stars but the room carpets have stains. In serious need of a refresh. The VIP benefit was a food credit that could be used for room service. However when I ordered room service they charged my card immediately instead of at the end of the stay and advised they could not honor the credit. So that was disappointing.

I love the history of this property and beautiful garden. Not to mention there is a Family Mart and Rolls Royce dealership on property. Two properties connected and spacious. Again the garden is meditative and an oasis to have in such a large city. The room we had was spacious enough and clean. Maybe it’s teetering on the point to be updated but it is well maintained and comfortable. Staff was amazing. Wish we had had a higher floor but it is what it is Well worth the cost in Tokyo

Excellent hotel with great staff. Only negative was that one light switch controlled all the lights in the room and the bathroom. You could not put on the bathroom lights without the main bedroom lights going on

Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The room was quite large and very comfortable with a fantastic view. Lots of amenities. Hotel complex is huge and offers lots of dining options, convenience store, shopping etc. Location is great especially if you want easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. but don’t want to be right in the thick of it. Everything is close.

I loved the retro feel, and I loved the gardens. Also, having a small market and restaurants on the property was really convenient. Lastly, being able to take an airport bus to Narita from the hotel was a huge plus!
