Our first time in Tokyo and this was a great hotel as it was conveniently located outside of Tokyo Station; however, there is another hotel with a similar name so got a bit turnaround but once we settled in, it was a comfortable stay. I appreciated the service provided and the comfortable pj's provided in the room. Would recommend this for all!

Excelente hotel localizado en una de las entradas de Tokyo St. lo que facilita el movimiento a cualquier parte de Tokyo y Japon. Desde los dos aeropuertos de Tokyo puedes llegar fácilmente al hotel ya sea en tren e inclusive en el Limousine Bus. El hotel esta muy cerca de Starbucks,7Eleven y otros restaurantes. El personal del hotel muy amable y elegante. La empleada del "concierge" fue muy útil y demostró conocimiento de su trabajo. Los empleados de limpieza muy amables y tenian la habitación impecable. El joven empleado del restaurante también fue muy amable y atento. Igualmente los empleados de recepción. Si pudiera volver a Tokyo me alojaría en este hotel. 100% recomendado

Great convenient central Tokyo hotel!

My wife and I loved our stay at the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi in Tokyo! First of all the service was exceptional. The answer is yes, now what’s the question sort of vibe. The staff take pride in everything they do. The hotel is also so convenient being within the Tokyo station complex. You can get anywhere in Tokyo using the subway or the Yamanote above ground trains to all the tourist areas…just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The station also has all kinds of stores and restaurants for your convenience…again just a few minutes walk away. The hotel in a 5-7 minute walk from the Imperial Palace. We stayed in room 3422…a superior Queen room with a terrific view of the city and railway station. Don’t worry about any noise from the trains. Our room was compact but workable for two people and three suitcases. The room has a great shower, all kinds of free bathroom amenities, a humidifier, small refrigerator, in-room safe and of course the fabulous Japanese toilet lol. The hotel also offers a great buffet breakfast in the lobby restaurant for about U.S$20 a person. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we are in Tokyo!

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the train station which was literally actoss the road. A 7-11 and a Family Mart are in easy walkjng distance. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous and arranged for our bags to be forwarded to our next hotel. We knew when booking that the room would be a smoking room, as it was all that was available but the smell of smoking was still unexpectedly strong in the room. As I say, we were fully aware that it would be a smoking room, but it may be helpful to know for future visitors that the smell may be quite strong or off-putting. Other than that, it served our admittedly basic needs very well and, again, the staff were excellent.
