We didnt eat at hotel. The staff were lovely on check in. The room very tired and dated. The bed was fairly comfy but the pillows were terrible. Either massive or very little lumpy filing in.

Hotel was very busy but we had a great time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking and ideally suited for visiting the NEC, which is just a 10 minute walk away. Bar and restaurant in situ serving great food . This was our second visit but will definitely be back .

Fair and could be much better if upgraded

Location wise if you are driving is fine with ample parking space. Overall hotel needs an upgrade but room are comfortable enough. We only stayed one night. Pool is fairly small but they have a nice jacuzzi. Could not ise as was preoccupied.

Excellent from start to finish, super room. Fantastic facilities esprhe swimming. Great selection at the bar including 0% beers. Safe and secure car parking. Particularly friendly and helpful staff throughout the establishment, but especially on reception on our arrival. I highly recommend this hotel. 👌
