Electrical went out in our room when we arrived late one evening. Waited around for about an hour hour and a half to get switched to a different room. Only for this rooms power to go out as well. Staff was kind and helpful.

Convenient, modern, and bright — but not very comfortable. The location in the city center felt fine, and the hotel’s 24-hour security was reassuring. However, the stay itself wasn’t the most comfortable (the NYC Yotel was better). The room layout was awkward and cramped — I had to climb over the bed to reach the window shades, and the face towels were hung so low they strained my back. Choppy wifi. Very little front-desk support after hours.The only place to sit was on the bed, and the shower leaked water to the bed. The bed duvet fabric felt rough, with a strong detergent odor that made me cough. Breakfast was mostly sugar and carbs. Some fruits and protein would have been nice.
