While it was a nice hotel, the front desk wasn’t helpful. We called about our broken couch bed. It never got fixed. My son had no bed. I had spoken to the front desk twice. I would like some type of refund. I paid good money to stay there, and was ignored. Nothing was evening written by the late night staff either.

It was a great stopover on the way from Quito to Denpasar to break up the trip. Friendly staff, great room with a view of the water. 4 or 5 very nice eateries within a 10 minute walk!! Quiet and clean, thanks 🙏

Set-up room was weird. Bathroom door opened and obstructed the sink and closet. We never asked for room service so we had to get our coffee for the in-room coffee maker from the front desk. Overall our stay was good.
