My sheets were dirty, staying with yellow stains. I didn’t realize that until I got into the room late in the evening I had checked in when about my day just shower because I was extremely tired. Got some dinner and when I got back, it was like around 10 ish this was not acceptable

Room was fine, though a lot of traffic noise from the street. Free parking was a really helpful bonus. Hotel itself is pretty run-down.

While the property is well located, with some good surrounding amenities and not too far from all the major sights to be seen, the room was tired, the bathroom in need of repairs. But the beds were comfortable.

Convenient to wharf and Chinatown anf N Beach.

Room was spacious. Could fit more furniture. Room was clean. Bathroom was ok. There were very few channels to watch in the room. But the area was pretty close to all of the fun things to do. We walked down to Ghirardelli and the wharf one evening. Took a self driving car back up.

The location is great. However, we were in room 102 and my 11 year old daughter woke up the next morning with bed bug bites on her torso. We requested a room change and were told that we had to come back at noon. We were out on a bay cruise and couldn’t come back at noon so we were told that they couldn’t give us new room, but would change all bedding and linens. The next day my second daughter woke up with bed bugs! Staff was NOT helpful and very dismissive. Would not recommend this place.
